Located just minutes from downtown Waynesville and a short drive to Asheville, the property offers breathtaking mountain views while being close to golf courses, hiking trails, and local attractions. Lanfyne Ayr offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests. There are extra trundel beds in the lower level. The "Theme Room" on the lower level boasts a propane fireplace. The "Game Room" on the lower level has a ping-pong table.

House is fully equipped with a Pack & Play, highchair, baby monitors, etc. Set on a private 2-acre mountain property, it provides a serene and spacious retreat for your stay.

11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.
