Hip Nautic is a thoughtfully designed coastal cottage that blends comfort, style, and ease. This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers a private backyard and driveway, giving you space to truly settle in and feel at home.

Both king bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, featuring Oeko-Tex® bedding, blackout shades, dressers, closets, and wall-mounted TVs. One bedroom includes a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom- just steps from the other bedroom, offers a tub and shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a beach day.

The bathrooms are stocked with plush Oeko-Tex® linens and eco-friendly essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, organic feminine products, and bamboo toilet paper-so you can travel light and feel cared for.

The open-concept living space invites you to gather and relax, with a wall-mounted TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to dine together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cookware and thoughtful extras like a toxin-free toaster oven/air fryer, ice maker, organic coffee, organic sweetener, and coffee creamer.

You’ll also find a full laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer, non-toxic detergent, vacuum, first aid kit, non-toxic sunblock, and a cooler-perfect for beach days and longer stays.
