And if that’s not enough, this vacation home also has a private pool and a large fenced-in back yard! So come, sit back, relax and enjoy!

The pool is located in a large fenced in back yard with plenty of privacy. It offers a large poolside patio with chairs and chaise lounges and an outside dining area with propane BBQ. The grill is ready to go for steaks or burgers and has a side burner for your low country shrimp boil. The backyard has plenty of palms and tropical plants for a real island feeling. There is also plenty of space for playing cornhole (boards and bags included) in the yard. Your pet will have room to roam in the large yard as well. So whether you want to enjoy the cool breeze or cold A/C, you can enjoy the view of the pool and yard from almost everywhere inside the home.

The living room is situated with a comfortable sofa and chairs, a 65”Smart HDTV with over 100 cable channels, and is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of space for the whole family. So just sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. The end tables in the living room have built-in charging stations to keep your mobile devices powered up and ready to go. The home is equipped with WIFI throughout and 4 smart TVs; so bring all your electronic devices for entertaining the family and to stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make the perfect meal - from appliances, to cookware and tableware, you will have everything you need. The kitchen comes with a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine for your morning coffee in the shade beside the pool. So whether you are preparing a large meal or just sitting at the island under the skylight and enjoying a morning cup of coffee, the kitchen will accommodate your needs.

The master suite boasts an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a 40” Smart HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The bedside tables in the master are equipped with USB charging ports so your electronic devices will be fully charged and good to go when you wake up to the sparkle of the morning sun on the pool just outside the windows. There is also plenty of storage for your stay in the master.

The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, 32” Smart HDTV, and has two closets for plenty of storage. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a 32” Smart HDTV.

Our rental has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.

There is plenty of parking with two concrete drives. So bring your boat, RV or Jet Ski's.
