Past guests have encountered numerous fines(by the Master Association) for speeding within the Las Vegas Country Club. We can not emphasize enough that speeding is highly monitored and highly cited by the Master Association.
NO SPEEDING The speed limit is 20 MPH in the Country Club ($ $FINES for speeding are $150 to $1000 for speeding violation citations, by Master HOA at 25mph and above) HOA is VERY STRICT.
This also includes your Guests, Taxis and Ride share drivers. Please advise your drivers to not speed.
You will be charged the $fine through VRBO, if the results of the Hearing result in any difference in the amount charged, then the additional amount will be charged throughVRBO or refunded if less.
How to prevent fines:
1. Please Do Not Speed. Anything above 25mph, before or after the speed cameras, you will get a speeding violation citation from the Master Association. This include all guests and drivers to your unit.
