Comfortable Clean and Cool

The inside was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it and would stay again. The location is 10 minutes from the LV convention.

Vegas Baby.

We came into town for a concert. This property wasn’t far from where we needed to be. It served its purpose. We only used VRBO because casino hotels can be hit or miss regardless of price point. The remote to the ceiling fan in the lofted sleeping area was never found. Even though I was told it was there. Not having the ceiling fan in the hottest part of the condo wasn’t ideal. Otherwise everything was a-OK.

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this wonderful property March 13-17, 2024 while attending the Mountain West Conference Basketball Championship. It is located in an older fourplex community, and at first glance one may be skeptical; but once you entered the property it was a whole different experience. It was everything we anticipated; beautiful, updated, well appointed, with all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable. I would say it may be one of the nicest properties within this complex. We attend the Tournament yearly and will look at staying here in the future. The property manager/owner, Mary was very helpful and attentive! Finally, it was very close to all the action, yet just far enough away.

Would not recommend

Pros of this house: - house was beautiful on the inside. Well, decorated. - Gated Cons: - Did not feel safe in the area it was in as a single female. - Lots of trash around the dumpster (dirty mattresses, furniture) -Shady people walking around within the gated area. - Did not feel comfortable going from my car to the condo - Owner would not refund any $ because it was after the week. Said her hands were tied. If you are going to stay in the place go with a group of people would be my advice.

Hi Alicia, sorry that you feel uncomfortable out side the unit. It is a gated community with security around the premises. The trash was full due to it's the last day before pick up and it is out of our control because this is the community trash bin and it's not our personal trash from the unit. We have raise our concern with the HOA, which we pay $1000 a month to maintain the out side and the security. Thank you

Nice unit, very clean and nicely decorated. Some things were not clean, such as one of the shower glass doors. Some of the walls showed nail holes, gaps, as if the remodeling was done quick. The bed looked very nice and felt nice, too. But the topper seemed slight larger than the actual bed mattress, and I almost slipped off from the side. Also, the area wasn't very nice. We didn't encounter any issues oustide the parking lot, but late at night it was almost full. It was satisfactory, but I wouldn't have paid what I paid for a location like that. However, given that we found this spot available 1-day before our need, overall the unit was satisfactory. I would get this unit again if offered at a less rate. One thing I would point out is that the bottom key lock was a hassle to unlock. So much it would take us (my husband and I) 15-minutes to take the key out the lock. It puzzles me that the owner did not find this a big inconvenience. Instead of fixing it, it was left for us to deal with. I did memtion this to the owner at the end of our quick stay, so hopefully the lock got changed.

This VRBO property was sufficient for our needs. I was quite surprised with the airport being so close, the planes did not bother us at all. When you drive in to the complex, it is a little dated but the neighbors we spoke to were all nice and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom looks recently remodeled. The closet was quite large and the kitchen was completely full if you choose to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to get in and out of the complex even with all the construction.
