The property was clean, charming and very welcoming! We had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were great! We had a fantastic stay at this home and would happily return. The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped — it truly had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and nicely laid out with great showers.The location is excellent, close to spring training, golf courses, hiking in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and plenty of restaurants and shopping.The backyard was a real highlight. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and we loved the citrus trees — picking fresh oranges right from the tree was such a treat.Although the home backs onto a road, it was very quiet inside and we were never disturbed by traffic noise.Chad was a terrific host — friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great stay. We highly recommend this Scottsdale home.

Great backyard and neighborhood. The dogs loved it. Chad was very responsive and we had everything we needed. We loved the location. Close to everything we were visiting - Waste Management, hiking, golf, Old Town Scottsdale. We were here for 5 weeks (2 adults and 2 dogs). We didn't use the pool much but used the hot tub and it was fantastic. You will hear some road noise when you are in the backyard but not a big deal and didn't hear it inside. The neighborhood had great sidewalks for walking the dogs. Enjoyed picking grapefruit from the tree for breakfast. Overall I would recommend and if we return to Scottsdale we would stay here again.

This home is in a great location, walking distance to a couple of great amenities (restaurant and convenient store), perfect for a group who is on the go, but wants to come home after a long day out having adventures. Loved this entire experience!

Fantastic Scottsdale location

My favourite rental property for sure! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and you can pick your own grapefruit and oranges! House is exactly as pictured and washer/dryer very handy. Lovely to arrive to gift basket and host was super quick with all communications. Can’t wait to come back to this spot!

Great Stay-Great Home

We stayed at a great home located in Scottsdale, and a location that geographically allowed us to visit other areas around the Phoenix area. The home we stayed in was very nice, quiet and very comfortable. Our host, was very kind and accommodating, and we could not have been more pleased with everything about our stay.

We had a great time at this place! The host was so accommodating and had the house stocked and perfect. Location could not be better, we were close to everything! Loved the hot tub and heated pool. The kids spent every afternoon in the backyard. We will stay here again!!!

Best rental ever! Would recommend staying here to have a fabulous time in beautiful Scottsdale. Gorgeous yard and patio for relaxing. Clean, well stocked home, with easy access to the highways and many of the area sites. Host was very welcoming, answering all questions quickly.

Perfection

Best stocked and supplied home I have been in, coming to Scottsdale 2 to 3 times each year for 13 yrs. From kitchen supplies to great Tv set up and superb bed and bath linens you will want for nothing more. Appliances all very good as well. Location is great in quiet and beautiful neighbor near to everything with peaceful backyard and nice view.

Winter Sunshine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. We spent most of the time hiking and enjoying the sunshine. We visited the Fountain Hills Arts and Craft festival, the Desert Botanical Garden, and even made it to Spring Training. So many restaurants in the area close by. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus!

Very Nice Scottsdale Property

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 weeks in Jan/Feb timeframe. Chad was a very accommodating host and was excellent with his communication and working with us on any problems we came across. The location is in an extremely safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the 101 loop.

THE BEST Waste Management Weekend Stay!!!!

I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse and our friends, and it was the perfect house for a couples trip!!! The hot tub was the perfect ending to every night. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance :) Chad made the check in and out process a breeze and was so helpful with suggestions and anything else we could have needed. The house was fully stocked so the weekend was seamless.

Perfect get-away

We stopped in Scottsdale for 12 days on our way home to MN from wintering in CA. We couldn't be any more pleased with this property!!! Updated throughout, and the backyard was FABULOUS.!!! Chad the owner was the best.

This place was everything we expected and needed for our family vacation Chad the owner was very accommodating to our needs and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Our dog even enjoyed it having his own personal doggie door. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and relax in a very nice location not far from all your needs and places to explore. A+

Family Golf Vacation

Really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Kitchen was well stocked including refrigerator, stocked with water and condiments. Owner Chad was very attentive to our needs. Contacted us day of check in to see off we wanted him to pick up anything from store. He also stopped by one day to put trash out. Very relaxing back yard with fenced in privacy. Very close to many of the major golf courses. Very nice and considerate welcome basket. Chad was easy to work with and would definitely stay there again.

Trip to AZ

Chad was the owner and he was great as was his place. We quickly found that his place the the center of where we wanted to go. The mountains were 10 minuets north, a resturant that you could walk to other resturants a few mils away. the 101 highway was just 2 miles west. That would link you to the popular places that we wnated to go to. The place was great walled back yard for our dog . Hot tub and heated pool, the back year had a grapfruit and orange tree, with green grass. We walked our dog around the block every morning ( one mile). the neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were nice. stores and gas station 2 miles away. The place was clean and comfortable, Chad the owner was very helpful, with recomendations for what we were looking for. We would give him a 10 in grading him for him and his place.

Good location

The neighbourhood feels safe and has easy access to freeway. House lights were left on for our evening arrival and the welcome basket was plentiful. The air conditioner, as well as all appliances we used worked well. Bedding and Towels good quality and clean, but the entire house is in need of a thorough dusting and cleaning. Good pest control though, except flies and gnats in backyard. Street noise and intermittent animal smell from nearby horse farm are noticeable, but did not bother us. The house is small, but very functional with nice ensuite shower. The yard is large for dogs to play in. Guests will appreciate the several seating areas in the backyard, as well as the pool, fire pit and beautiful Saguaro. Chad, the owner, is very accommodating, quick to respond and helpful. It is nice that he welcomes dogs and lets them enjoy the run of the house. He is aware that the current flooring situation is not ideal for allergy sufferers and is considering a more dog friendly option in future. When upgrades are completed and the house receives a thorough cleaning it will be a good place to rent. One thing to be aware of, the back door can lock without notice. Would suggest to leave the door ajar while in the yard.

This place was perfection! It is in a great location and the host is incredibly helpful, responsive, and personable. The house was set up perfectly for two friends traveling for a girls’ weekend, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were particularly enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hot tub heated very nicely and ready to enjoy.

We loved our stay here (it's our 2nd time). With the unexpected 100 degree weather, the pool was a godsend! Kitchen is well stocked, the towels and linens bright white and great having 2 bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own space. The back yard is our favorite. So many spaces set up to entertain. We have family in Scottsdale, so had them over one evening for dinner. The temp was high but Chad had 2 industrial fans we were able to use to cool off.Chad's response time to any questions we had was immediate!Definitely 5 stars!

Sits right in the heart of zip code 85260, the most desired zip code in the Valley. Have your friends over for a pool party, BBQ, or sit in the hot tub. Located far enough away from the 101 freeway that you do not hear it, yet, close enough for amazing access to the rest of the Valley. I love this little split master house with its giant back yard for entertaining. House is small enough that its easy to keep clean, comfortable, and sits on the "cul-de-sac like" end of the street, providing a quiet neighborhood.
