WALK ONE BLOCK TO THE BEACH! You read that right, just one block (1 minute walk) to the most prestigous beach in America. This piece of paradise is unreal. The home features TWO Master Suites, one with a wet bar! There are two other generous size bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open floor plan, a beautiful patio, completely updated, and so much more... Did we mention it's a one minute walk to the beach! Welcome to our home.

THE BEDROOMS:
MASTER BEDROOM 1:
The first HUGE Master Suite offers a King bed with new mattress, two dressers, large closet, ceiling fan, tv, a wet bar, updated private bathroom, washer and dryer, and sliding glass doors that open up to the back patio.

MASTER BEDROOM 2:
The second Master Suite features a Queen bed with new mattress, ceiling fan, dresser, large closet, tv, and beautifully updated private bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM 3:
This guest bedroom features two twin beds with new mattresses, ceiling fan, and a large closet with pullout storage drawers for clothing.

GUEST BEDROOM 4;
This guest bedroom features a trundle bunk bed (sleeps 3 - one full size bed and two twins) with new mattresses, ceiling fan, a large closet, and tv.

THE BATHROOMS:
Three full baths! All three bathrooms have been updated, and are gorgeous. The two master suites have walk-in showers, and the guest bathroom has a tub.
A small supply of toilet paper is provided and meant to get you started. Guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time will need to replenish at their own expense.
*** Please Note - Only single ply toilet paper may be used in the bathrooms, and no feminine products can be flushed down the toilet ***

THE MAIN LIVING AREA:
Wait until you see this open floor plan. Walk through the front door, and everything is light, airy, and open. There is an open dining room/living room combo. In the dining room you can seat six, with additional seating for two more at the adjacent breakfast bar in the kitchen . The living room has two large couches, end tables, and a tv. Large sliders in the living room not only allow for plenty of natural light, but open up to a private fenced in yard with a very large patio and grill, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.

THE KITCHEN:
With the open concept this house offers, you can still enjoy the presence of all your family and friends while preparing a meal. The kitchen is in pristine condition, beautiful solid wood cabinetry and granite countertops. There is an electric range, coffee maker (drip, not a keurig), large side by side fridge, and toaster. The house is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities (saute pans, pots, utensils, linens, etc). A roll of paper towels is provided to get you started. Guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.

THE OUTDOOR AREA:
Wait until you see this private, beautifully landscaped oasis. There are sliders off the living room and master bedroom that open to the private backyard and patio. There is plenty of seating at the patio table, plus adirondack chairs for additional seating, and a gas grill. Cornhole boards and ladder ball are provided for your enjoyment and are located in the shed. The front features a smaller patio. There is also an outdoor full shower and foot shower located on the side of the house.

OTHER AMENITIES:
If it's exercise, a playground for the kids, or a pool you desire, take a 5 minute walk down to the community center, and enjoy a gorgeous pool, large playground, pickle ball and tennis courts, and exercise center, even a library.

DINING, DRINKS & ENTERTAINMENT:
If you're looking to dine out, or have adult beverages, you're going to love this location! Take the Jolly Trolley, or literally an eight minute walk from the house and you're surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. Keep walking south, and hit Pier 60, which offers nightly street entertainers, and a pier with views that will blow you away. You can rent a fishing pole on the Pier, throw out a line, and grab the catch of the day.
The one thing you DO NOT want to miss is the nightly sunset, which again, is a one minute walk from the house. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking.

Our goal is to create an amazing experience for everyone who stays in our home. We are proud and honored that you chose us. These guidelines help ensure that you and all our future guests have an unbelievable stay! A confirmed booking with us means that you have read and acknowledged the following guidelines:
- MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a Guest Registration Form after the booking has been accepted.
- UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. The price you were given includes the amount of people on your reservation. If you have more guests on the premises than was stated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
- TRASH: There are trash bags provided under the kitchen sink. Guests are responsible for tying and discarding trash into the trash cans on the side of the house. ALL trash, including bathroom trash, must be taken out at the end of your stay. If you are staying with us on a Wednesday night, it is the guests responsibility to move the trash cans to the end of the driveway for the Thursday pickup and put them back. Trash cans can go out after 7PM on Wednesdays.
- DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Loud or vulgar language will not be tolerated. Signs of intoxication leading to disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCRETION.
- VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by host prior to their arrival. Parking is very limited.
- NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed EVER inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning and odor removal fee of $250. Smoking is only allowed outside on front and back patio area. Cigarettes/Cigars must be put out and disposed of appropriately. If any cigarettes/cigars are found on the ground, you will be subject to an additional exterior cleaning fee of $100. No lighting of candles or incents are permitted inside the house.
- NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
- LIMITED MOBILITY ACCESS: Please note, this house does not offer mobility access. This house was built before the current ADA requirements have been put into effect and therefore have limited mobility access. We are available during normal business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding individual needs.
- LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 3PM and Check-out time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
- EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly at $150.
- PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s extremely common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with regularly scheduled pest service, but they may occasionally sneak in or on to the property. It happens, and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Please let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, bugs and critters are very normal in Florida.
- PET POLICY: We love all kinds of animals, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken.
Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:
Must remain under handler control at all times.
Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose).
Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
Must be house broken.
* Per our policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee.
- USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank should you choose to use the grill and it is empty, Guests are responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
- DISH AND DOORS: Before you leave, please note it is your responsibility to load and start the dishwasher, and lock all doors.

Owner Spaces: There are storage spaces designated for the owner's use, are securely locked, and are not to be accessed.

We love being your host for our home. Why??? Well once you're here, you'll understand, but our primary reason can be summed up in two words, "THE BEACH". Not only is our home updated with a gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring, it has a beautiful patio, fenced in yard, and TWO MASTER SUITES. The house is great, but what's truly magnificent, it's 7 houses from the beach and ocean. Yes, it's literally a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. We love being your host because our home will provide the kind of relaxation and retreat you are in Clearwater Beach for. Get your toes in the sand, watch the sunset, and enjoy our home.

Our home is located on the North End of Clearwater Beach. We made the decision to buy on the north end because it's peaceful, but still only minutes away from the active atmosphere Clearwater Beach has to offer. When you leave our home and walk 1 minute, yes only 1 minute to the beach, you'll notice it's extremely private and not over-populated like further down the beach towards the south end. But if you would like to see more umbrellas, beach chairs, and people, it's just a short walk down the beach. For a dining scene, or nightlife, you're only an 8 minute walk to the main restaurant and bar strip. You have all the options of peace and quiet, or a much more active experience.

Our home offers 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. We have TWO MASTER SUITES! Yes, you read that correctly, two master suites. The first has a king bed, walk in shower, a wet bar, and sliders to the patio. The second master suite has a queen bed and a beautiful walk in shower. There are two other guest bedrooms, the first has two twin beds, and the second has a bunk trundle bed set (bunk beds, plus a bottom trundle pull-out which sleep three total). All the beds have new mattresses and are extremely comfortable. There is an additional third guest bathroom that also has been updated. The open floorplan when you walk in is extremely inviting and warm, with a beautiful updated kitchen, and the livingroom has sliders that lead to the huge patio with a grill, fenced in yard, and large backyard with ladder ball and cornhole. Now that's all great, but let's be real here, our home is only 7 houses to the beach! A one minute walk, and you're there!!!
