▪︎ Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out when our cleaning schedule allows. Please inquire in advance, but please note that we cannot always guarantee it.

▪︎ Gated Community: This is a secure, gated community. You will be provided with all necessary access details prior to your arrival.

▪︎ Grounds: The condo is surrounded by beautiful, shared landscaped grounds. Please be aware the backyard area is not fully fenced.

▪︎ Club Fees: Please note that fees apply for activities including golf, tennis, and pickleball at the nearby Shipyard Golf Club and Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

▪︎ Pool Availability: The community pool is seasonal and is typically open through late September, reopening in early April. Opening and closing dates are determined by the association each year and are subject to change.

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We picked this property because it was walkable to the beach. It was a 10ish minute walk on a nice shaded path to the Shipyard beach access. The wagon provided allowed us to easily take what we needed with us on a quick walk down to the beach. The complex pool is also very nice and right across the parking lot. The condo itself was very nice and the kitchen is stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, and dishes that made cooking meals easy. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable and we slept very well. The complex area is quiet and shady and very pleasant. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help out. There were a few things that had been broken by prior guests and they jumped right on it and got replacements to us immediately. I would stay here again." - Caren
