The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
• The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
• Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

Perfect

This place was amazing. The decor was southern living chic and not tacky beach! The view is amazing and we loved the ground level walk out with grassy lawn. There are two porches nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! The beach was quiet with neighboring set ups 50-100 ft away. Downtown was close with great restaurants! My only complaint is that most of the other units allowed pets so there were dogs everywhere and I wish we could’ve brought ours. The community is very nice and quiet. It was also be so very helpful to have a couple of beach chairs to use. I had called ahead and was told there was no beach umbrella chair rental service so we stopped and bought some. However there was a rental service called Riptide that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. I was very very pleased with this unit!

We were here to play golf with another couple. The property was excellent and used the amenity card to play Golf Club of Amelia Island. This is the best course on the island, condition wise. Great vacation

Absolutely beautiful

We only had a one day stay due to the weather. The next day was a severe weather alert. The home was extremely comfortable but one of our family members got sick so we left one day early.

BAD ENOUGH WE LEFT SEVERAL DAYS EARLY

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was assured this was a no pet, no smoking, and ideal for working remotely. The stench upon entry was so bad we had to immediately air it out. Strong smoke smell, pet smell (more damp and cat urine like), pet hair, and mildew smell. I pulled back the comforter to find the bed filled with black flecks (not bugs, but dirt) and human hair. They looked rumpled and smelled like sweat and not fresh sheets. I had to strip the bed and wash the sheets. I had to wipe down everything in the unit and the cleaning cloths were very dirty after indicating lack of care in cleaning the unit. I got bitten by a tick and had to seek medical attention and be placed on antibiotics. (We had not been hiking) On the one day I had to work, construction guys showed up and started hammering and using loud machinery tearing the rot out of a wall in the next door unit. My virtual meeting in which I was the host was no longer possible. This unit was awful. The washing machine made everything smell even more mildew like despite cleaning cycle. Dog feces throughout common areas. We would have left Tuesday evening but I knew I needed to be in place for my meeting Wednesday which ultimately was ruined by the unit anyway. We left Wednesday afternoon (3 days early) and opted to pay to stay at a hotel and then drive home rather than that unit a night longer. The management did refund the cleaning fee. They did not refund the balance of the contract, which under the circumstances was quite disappointing. The Good: Beach location is great. We did get to see whales and dolphins from the beach. I suggest that the carpets ben steam cleaned and the unit fumigated.

Beautiful setting

Loved the spectacular views from the patio. This place was very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which was sketchy at best. We had to reset the router almost hourly. The positives of this Condo totally out weighed the WiFi issue though and I would recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again.

A grill would've been nice so I could watch them play while cooking. Also enjoyed seeing all the turtles visits us:)The bed is getting a little wavy but still pretty comfy. Very Clean! Cleaning crew gets a pat on the back. We will definitely be back!
