The master bedroom is furnished with a wood framed king size bed and offers gorgeous ocean views with another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. A matching chest of drawers, double nightstands, and desk area with a Samsung monitor are also provided along with a flat screen television and Firestick. The en suite bathroom is fully updated with crisp white tones, board and batten trim, a double vanity and a freshly tiled walk in shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this area as well.

The spacious second bedroom boasts two double beds with plush white bedding. Just off of the bedroom lies the second bathroom, also fully remodeled and complete with a white tiled walk in shower and vanity area.

Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Centrally located to everything on the island, this property has it all!
