Geräumige 3-Zimmer / 3 Bad-Einheit im Herzen des Golf Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Attraktionen. Diese dritte Etage Sitzecke bietet eine direkte Gulf Front Aussicht und Zugang zum Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa, zwei Liegen und Sessel mit Flachbildschirm-TV und Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist mit Tisch und Stühlen eingerichtet. Der angrenzende Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen, Edelstahlgeräten, einer Filterkaffeemaschine und Keurig ausgestattet und komplett mit Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad. Das Master-Schlafzimmer bietet auch Zugang zum Balkon. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über Queen-Betten und einen Flachbild-Fernseher. Ein Gäste-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, während das andere Schlafzimmer teilt ein Bad Hall. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über King Betten und verfügt über einen Flachbild-Fernseher auch.

Der Komplex bietet eine Golf Front Pool mit Chaiselongue Stühlen, einen Grillplatz und einen Fitnessraum.

The larger grocery stores are located further inland but are just a short drive away. We are so sorry you were unaware of the location of this unit prior to your arrival and hope that depsite these minor issues, you were able to enjoy the Gulf Front balcony and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico this beautiful unit offers. Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Clean however detail cleaning needs to be done like doors, door handles, walls and around bath tubs and toilets. Property is an older property and could use some updating and maintained a little better didn't see anyone come clean pool and pool area but maybe 2 days of the 6 we were there or clean boardwalk to beach. We never used the pool partly because of this as well as lots of people in it. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the laid back condo.

We would've happily had any cleaning issues addressed immediately had you let us know things were not up to standard. Any time you are staying with us and experience any kind of issue we want to hear from you. As for the pool and boardwalk, those have to be handled really early in the morning before guests begin to occupy these amenities. I can assure you the pool was cleaned every day during your stay, they just have to handle this when no one is in the pool. During peak season, that is really early while most guests are still sleeping. Nice place; nice views

This is a very nice condo. Don't let the front door freak you out as it did us; it was very rusty and looked horrible but when you walk in the place is beautiful. The sliding glass doors will need replaced when possible as the view is obscured but they have renovated so much else I am sure that is too expensive right now. We couldn't find any pot holders so that would be really helpful. You are literally like right on the beach in this condo. The master bedroom has absolutely stunning views from the windows.

September 2016 Stay

Very disappointed with new ownership. We have stayed in this condo the last three years, and have never had an issue. This time we found there was no place to hang clothes, put suitcases, etc in one of the bedrooms due to the new owners using it for there own storage. Also did not have an iron or ironing board anymore. We had toilet issues, cable boxes not working. We will not be staying in this condo again.

We had a wonderful vacation. We will be staying here again in the future. Everything was exactly as described when booked. The views are amazing!!! We also had Hulu, Netflix and everything that was included with the owners smart TV which was an added bonus. If you have never booked with Luna Beach, they have been so nice and answered questions before our arrival as well as when we arrived!

Outdated

This condo is outdated. The only perk of this condo building is that it’s small and the occupancy isn’t a lot. Considering the pandemic, that allowed for social distancing on the beach.

Amalie, We hate to see that you could only give this property 2 out of 5 stars. The photos that show online are in fact the photos of the property. Although this unit is not decorated with a modern flair, it does have a welcoming vibe to make our guests feel right at home. Despite the decor, we hope you were able to find some enjoyment in the relaxing views this unit offers of the Gulf of Mexico. We hope that you can return soon to at least enjoy the beautiful scenery that Gulf Shores offers even if you choose to stay elsewhere. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Nice stay

Good view of beach. We were right over the pool. Condo was nice. Definitely needs new cookware. The pans were rusted and dirty. The bathroom in the small bedroom needs updated. Other than that good location and nice.

great location and nice updated condo

The only issue we had was the sliding glass door. It was a struggle to open and close. It really needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt . Other than that it has plenty of room , a nice view, and great location to everything!

Tim, Thank you so much for letting us know about the sliding door. Had we known while you were here we could've sent maintenance over to see what was going on with it. Since you left, we did have the door repaired and it was an easy fix. GULF SHORES !!!!!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Nice Place to stay. Great location, easy access to beach. The only complaint I have would be the door in the Master bedroom going out on the balcony would not lock. I called maintenance on the day we arrived and was told they would be there the following morning between 8 and 8:30. I waited in the condo until 10:30 while everyone else was on the beach. They never came or called. I called Luna Beach properties at the end of the week just to let them know what had happened with the door and also that when we had arrived the entry door had been left unlocked. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. I was just a little uneasy about sleeping in a room with a door to the outside of the building would not lock. This is a nice place, and my experience could be rare? Don't know
