Lanai & Pool- featuring outdoor furniture, bar and bar stools, outdoor smart tv, outdoor fridge, outdoor dining set, barbecue grill, Pebbletec heated pool with two pool loungers, variety of pool toys/floats.

🏊‍♀️ **The pool does not have a barrier. Children of all ages must be supervised at all times in all outdoor spaces. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner liable for any accident.

🌡️ The pool heater is set between 80°-85°year round at no additional charge. If you request an increase in pool temperature, there will be an additional charge of $10 each day the temperature is increased.

🏝️ If you're headed to the beach, we want you to pack up and go! We have you covered with towels, beach chairs, children's life jackets, beach toys, a stroller, coolers, and more! All beach supplies are available for your use and located in the garage.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory, only a short drive away. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. We highly recommend booking a boat ride to the islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

🦎 🐸 *Our home is located in SWFL, so you are likely to encounter bugs and other wildlife. Common to this area are lizards, burrowing owls, red centipedes, dragon flies, large palmetto bugs (look like cockroaches) and frogs. The property is treated regularly, but you still may encounter them. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for the occasional pest.
🚭 NO SMOKING inside the home or garage area. You may smoke outside the property with appropriate disposal. Any smoke or damages found in the house or garage area after checkout is subject to a damage fee up to $500.

⚡️ There will be a $10/day fee for all guests charging electric vehicles. This will be billed to guest on the last day of stay.

Property Management Info:
🗑️ ♻️ Garbage collection & Recycling runs on Monday mornings. Please take trash and any recycling to the end of the driveway on Sunday mornings or upon your departure. Brown can is trash, green can is recycle.

💦 Pool maintenance happens on Wednesdays.

Our lawn maintenance is up to 1x weekly during the summer, 1-2x monthly in winter months.
