The space
On the third (top) floor of this building and a corner unit. Accessible by elevator or stairs. Enjoy peace of mind with no units above and impact windows throughout the condo. Impact windows provide excellent sound suppression helping to keep outside noise, outside.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, full bathroom, private balcony, and additional seating.

BEDROOM #2
The second bedroom has one full bed, one twin bed, walk in closet, and directly next to the second full bathroom.

KITCHEN
The main living area is open, large, and functional. The kitchen is complete with full size appliances and a full complement of dishes and utensils. A high-top peninsula counter with stools connects the kitchen to the dinning room and living room. A full size dining room table separates the kitchen and living room.

LIVING/LOUNGE ROOM
The living room is spacious and comfortable. A large wrap around sectional provides ample room for everyone to stretch out. The TV is 65 inch Samsung smart TV connected to the WiFi. Login to your streaming accounts directly on this TV or bring your own streaming device and plug it in.

BUILDING
The building is immaculately maintained and features pleasant lush landscaping. The pool is heated, has permanent seats/lounge chairs, and only a few steps away on the main level. Located near the pool is the BBQ area (propane).

Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by their parents or guardians and per Florida law, all adult guests must present copy of their ID. Please provide this to your host within 3 days of booking and confirming your trip.

We are also located in a great building with wonderful neighbors where the majority of residents are full-time. We have a zero tolerance for loud noise after 10 pm (City of Fort Lauderdale Noise Ordinance). Should there be any complaints from our neighbors about excessive noise, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and a cancellation will take place without a refund due to not obeying house rules.
