The Villa is newly remodeled duplex, modern high end appliances, luxurious furnishing and the patio glass doors allows maximum natural light inside the villa.
Twin villas that features a total of 2 generous size bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full bd, 2 full baths, new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and a large shared back yard, pool and dock.
Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs,, kayak and paddle board to flow around the canals and a bike to stroll around the neighborhood you will never feel bored in our fantastic villas.

Would be a great place if there was more attention to detail. Good bones, good location. Space was nice as there were 2 beds/2 baths. Parking was good, a/c was good. Mattress in main bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen/dining room was nice. Pool was unusable the first 3 days. We booked this place for the pool. Please make sure before you get there to get proof that the pool is clean! Bathrooms look nice but water pressure is very low and toilet seats need to be replaced. One set of towels per person for a week. We did use washer/dryer. TV only good if you have a Netflix account. Wifi worked. No instructions for laundry/tv or anything to do in the neighborhood...thank goodness for Google! We were able to check out an hour later which was good. Hopefully the owner will address the issues, this home has a lot of potential!!

Location is great, is generally a good property except for minimal thing like the sun umbrella in the patio doesn’t work and staying in the sofa I had some wear tear, beds are great and comfortable, easy process to check in, kitchen need a big pot to make soups, we could. Turn the tv in the rooms. The pool is great but keep in mind that is shared we had a great time o er all and will booked again.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Excellent location and property. As we stayed for 2 weeks, we missed extra bedding and some equipment needed maintenance (parasol, ice maker, small electric oven), but all the important items were OK. We had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful winter retreat

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks and was overall pleased with the stay. Rudy, the property manager, was very receptive and compliant with our needs, just a text or phone call away!! Some aspects need updated inside, which he acknowledged, but none of those things were a detriment to our stay!! The swimming pool is heated and my husband really loved fishing off of the dock behind the house!! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and not once did I feel unsafe walking outside in the area. We would not hesitate renting this property again at a future visit!!

Pool had garbage in it. The garbage wasn’t removed from the kitchen. There was only one kayak. The place was extremely dirty. I called Rudy three times. None of the grills worked. Outdoor umbrellas were broken.

Not a bad place but could use some work

We enjoyed our stay. Having the pool was very nice, and we liked being right on the waterway. We also liked the good communication from the property manager and the easy checkin process. The place was a lot more run down than the picture portray. It also was quite dirty. That is the main reason for the ok review. The place could be a lot nicer if it was cleaned well and better maintained.

The perfect family stay!

This property had everything that my family needed. There were a few kinks (indoor locks not working, no curtains on the back window, ice maker not working etc.) but nothing so big that it took away from the beauty of the property. The pool was a wonderful amenity as well as all of the furniture. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An OK stay

As a wheelchair user I booked this stay with little expectations for accessibility. Yet, I found myself pleasantly surprised by several features of the home including the seamless threshold at the front door & the width of the bathroom doors - which were adequate as described by the host in an inquiry I made beforehand. We were all, however, deeply disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit. I requested an early check-in due to a 6hr window between our arrival & the check-in time. However, the host informed me that he was unable to honor my request because "the cleaners" needed sufficient time to prepare the unit for our stay. There were golf ball sized dustballs in nearly all four corners of the bedrooms, doorways, and multiple surfaces. It seemed like this place hadn't been deep cleaned in MONTHS. Again, huge disappointment becausw apart from this there really wasn't much to complain about. Overall, the host seems friendly and ammenable to making guests as reasonably comfortable, and it's a great stay for the $$, neighborhood & location. But, if you're looking for a thoroughly cleaned stay, be ware.

Beautiful property!!!

I came here with family and i think this was a great place to stay, plenty of food places near by and shops as well. It was also such a short ride to the beach, which is so breath taking, 8-10 mins!!!! During our stay i believe there wasn’t a family next to us so we had the pool all to ourselves which was nice, its got a nice view overlooking the bay/river i’m not sure. Overall, i would record this place.

could be better

Contact with the host is good. big and spacious house like in the photos. However, details bothered me: the cleaning was not good, the refrigerator and other appliances were very dirty. the bathroom smelled very strongly of urine. I needed to buy a product to wash it. One of the rooms has a glass door and no curtains. The room was very bright and my baby couldn't sleep until later. just details that could be avoided.

Really nice surprise!

The duplex was quaint and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was updated and the general condition of the unit was excellent. The pool was immaculate and well maintained. The pool deck and wooden deck closer to the canal can use some minor repairs but it did not affect our use in any way. I would definitely book this place again.
