Had a nice stay. Easy beach access. Chairs and umbrella at the beach were very nice. Only down side is there were no beach towels provided.

Beautiful Property - Well Appointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was booked last minute and we are so happy with it. The layout of our unit is well thought out and beautifully appointed with quality furnishings. We really appreciated the large balcony and the included washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a very large closet and bath. We felt very pampered and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect floor to stay on! We were given the wrong gate code at the start, but was sent the correct code in a matter of minutes! Condo was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again without question!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was great! We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us. All of the kitchen utensils looked brand new. The location was convenient to everything. The only glitch was the listing said it had 2 queens in one of the bedrooms- they were fulls. It caused a problem as we are a very tall family and counting on queens. They do need to update the listing. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

The condo unit is spacious and very nicely furnished. We found it to be clean and all amenities in good working order. The view of the beach from inside and from the balcony is absolutely fantastic!!! The proximity to beach access is only down the elevator (or stairs) and 75 feet or so to soft white sand and ocean . A shout-out to the beach service crew who were very friendly and extremely diligent with timely setup of the chairs and umbrellas. The pool was also easily accessible, very nice, clean and overall very well maintained.Our host provided excellent and very timely responses with all communication! We had a two minor maintenance issues that we reported on the first morning after we arrived. Our host was quick to send a maintenance technician to address the issues even though the issues didn't cause any inconvenience to us. We very much enjoyed our twelve night stay and will consider returning in the future. We recommend this unit to others but we do have a few suggestions for the host to improve the stay for future occupants.1. The kitchen is overall well equipped with new appliances, dishes, etc. but could use some additional cups, silverware and cooking utensils.2. The bathrooms did not have towel racks to hang wet towels after showering. We did find a small foldable drying rack that we were able to use, but recommend adding some towel racks.3. The sliding door to the balcony needs a little bit of paint and caulking on the exterior door frame.

The condo is very nice. It was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The host was great to work with! I was able to communicate with them easily throughout our stay. I wish we would have been able to set up our beach canopy on the beach, but I realize that is a Jade East rule. We enjoyed the 2 chairs and umbrella that were provided as part of our stay though!Our stay in Destin was great!
