Our family loved 501! Very nicely decorated and clean! The XL Master Bath shower was great! Beach chairs included is a plus. Great value!

This is the place to be especially with small kiddos! My elderly grandmother was able to sit on the balcony and watch her great grands have the time of their lives in the pool. Many kisses were exchanged between the bars between our kiddos and their loved ones that aren’t physically capable of joining in on activities outside of the room. Being able to put belongings on the other side of our balcony to decrease the load going back and forth from the room to ocean or pool was so convenient. The room was pristine! So clean and spacious comfortably accommodating the six of us! I’ve read where renters in the past complained of the ring door bell but it was very beneficial to us as the owner was able to reach out and let us know our groceries were delivered (we never received a notification from Walmart). Some of our family that stayed a few rooms down had actually had items stolen from their door so the ring doorbell was a plus for us. The host was very pleasant and responsive!Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to hurricane Isaias but we will definitely be renting this exact condo for our future yearly trips no doubt!

The place was clean and check in was easy. The views were ok, but there were a few of reasons I went down on some of the ratings...the pool that is showing off of this balcony was broken down for more than half of our stay(I found out the complex was told a month ago the pump was going out), 2 of the elevators for this complex are being rebuilt(this would have been nice to know), and evidently the owner has a ring cam that he watches. I got a phone call from the property manager on my first full day there complaining about the door being left open(if you don't want the door left open, don't put a magnet to hold it open so a kid might accidently leave it that way) and the luggage carts with the owner wanting to charge me 250 dollars a cart for bringing them in the condo. The call just kind of messed up the rest of my stay worried that I'm being watched by the property owner. Nice place, but I won't stay here again.

Hi, Grant. Thank you for the feedback. We do our best when either routine or unexpected maintenance issues arise at a complex to notify guests as soon as we are informed. We apologize if you missed that communication. We do disclose in the listing, check-in instructions, and on the front of the door that luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit. The owner just had his flooring replaced in March of 2026, and is simply trying to keep it nice for all guests. The Ring doorbell is designed for owner and guest safety and is disclosed in the listing as well. Guests are not being spied on and footage is only reviewed if a safety issue is noted. However, we will pass along your feedback. Thank you again for staying with us!

Beautiful condo. If you want to watch your family in the pool, this unit is for you. Don't really have a good view of the ocean from the patio. Up close view of pool area.
