Around the corner, a south-facing porch swing offers peeks of Lake Eufaula, while cushioned lounge chairs and a full outdoor dining table make this porch a favorite gathering place morning, noon, and night.

The spacious grassy lawn is dotted with a stone pathway, leading to a cozy gas firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs—perfect for starry nights, laughter, and making s’mores. Inside Wellington
Step through the front door and into the home’s formal living room, where natural light pours in from oversized windows (equipped with blinds for privacy). A soaring floor-to-ceiling tiled gas fireplace anchors the room, surrounded by two sofas, cushioned stools, and benches that make conversation effortless. The palette—soft whites, coastal blues, fresh greens, and touches of pink—creates a breezy, calming atmosphere enhanced by natural woods and textures throughout.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream: custom cabinetry, a sprawling white island with barstool seating, an extendable dining table for group meals, and an enormous side-by-side Electrolux fridge and freezer with ice maker. The pantry is well-stocked with small appliances yet leaves space for your own groceries, making it easy to feel right at home.

A second, more informal living room offers a relaxed hangout spot with a plush sectional, a game/dining table, and an 80-inch flat screen TV. This space doubles as a mini game lounge, complete with an enormous bean bag chair, two arcade consoles (Golden Tee and X-Men), plus shelves stocked with movies, games, and toys. A mini-fridge keeps snacks and drinks close at hand. With a sliding barn door for privacy, its own exterior entrance, and a dedicated porch, this room makes a fantastic kids’ or teens’ retreat.

The main level also includes a soft blue laundry room with a built-in bench, storage, hooks, and a full-size washer/dryer—keeping the practical side of vacation living stress-free. A cheerful pink powder room just off the formal living room adds a stylish pop of color.

The primary bedroom suite on this level is both spacious and serene. A bunk room with four full mattresses is designed with both fun and function in mind. Built-in bunks feature individual lights and outlets, while the vaulted ceiling with a wood beam, a cozy sofa, side tables, and a smart TV make it a perfect retreat. The Americana-inspired red, white, and blue accents carry a playful theme, and the en-suite tiled shower plus lake views add to the appeal.

Another bunk-style bedroom holds two full mattresses in built-in beds, with a fresh palette of pinks and greens and blackout curtains. A spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo makes this room ideal for families or groups of kids.
