Unsere neu renovierte Wohnung im ersten Stock bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels mit dem Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Sehr günstig gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten zum Space Center Houston / NASA oder zum Kemah Boardwalk und auf halbem Weg zwischen Galveston und Houston. Sie können Galveston mit einer 30-minütigen Fahrt an einem Tag erleben und die große Stadt Houston mit einer 30-minütigen Fahrt an einem anderen Tag erleben. Die Gegend ist ruhig und abseits vom Verkehr, aber in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ausgestattet mit 2 Flachbildfernsehern, Granitoberflächen sowie Designerkunst und Möbeln. Erleben Sie unsere vielfältige Küstengemeinde Seabrook, die mit Vogelbeobachtungspfaden, Booten und Piers mit Sonnenuntergängen über dem Wasser gefüllt ist!

Die Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung Erholungszentrum gehören ein großer Pool mit überdachter Terrasse, Grill, Tische und Stühle und Tennisplätze für unsere Gäste alle privat! Beachten Sie auch, dass wir besonders darauf achten, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher zwischen jedem neuen Gastaufenthalt mit Dampf zu desinfizieren. Für Ihren persönlichen Gebrauch ist auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung.

Dies ist eine helle, freundliche Wohnung mit bunten Akzenten, Designerkunst und Möbeln mit Liebe zum Detail, um Ihren Aufenthalt einladend und komfortabel zu gestalten. Für Ihren Komfort gibt es einen großen Herd, einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Geschirrspüler mit viel Ablagefläche zum Kochen und eine Bar, die sich zum Wohnzimmer hin öffnet. Wir bieten alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen. Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten, Milchprodukte, Butter, Salz, Pfeffer und Gewürze stehen für unsere täglichen und wöchentlichen Gäste zur Verfügung. Eine private Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen für den Morgenkaffee öffnet sich zu einem Innenhof für die Gäste. Es gibt einen großen 43 "-Flachbildfernseher mit ROKU- und Xfinity-Kabel im Wohnzimmer und einen 26" -Flachbildfernseher im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über Xfinity-Kabel und Highspeed-WLAN und Roku-Streaming-Sticks auf beiden Fernsehern zum Fernsehen mit Netflix, Hulu und vielen weiteren Kanälen.

Very nice condo

Just as expected!

The pictures are accurate! The condo was just as expected. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was just the right size for my husband, myself, our 5 year old, and 1 year old. It was really nice that they had a pack and play available! The neighbors were all really nice and friendly. We enjoyed the pool, and the park and splash pad across the street. The owners were great about answering any questions we had! The only thing I didn't like about the condo was that it smelled like smoke. All the neighbors smoke, so I'm not sure if that is where it was coming from or not, but all of our things smelled like smoke and had be rewashed when we got home.

Thank you for your compliments about our location and decor. As you know the condo is a No Smoking property and we will access a fine should a guest try to smoke during their stay. All of our guest have been very respectful of our request. The condo is on the corner and first level which helps with smells from adjoining units. Since we realize we cannot control smells from the other neighboring units, we deodorize with each cleaning and usually have odor catching devices in the condo to help. We removed all of these by the request from a former guest. Thank you for your honesty and we will add them back to help eliminate odors that are hard to control. We certainly want our guest to feel at home in our condo.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. There was a furnace issue in early January, but the contact person quickly corrected the problem. The apartment had so many kitchen and linen/bedroom items. It was well stocked -- even had some grocery items in the pantry. I do wish the TV carried Fox News, the Weather Channel, and ESPN.

Seabrook cheerful and bright

A lovely one bedroom condo with very friendly neighbors. It was very quiet and in a great location. Ruth is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. My husband and I will be renting it again next year.

Condo 1 star - Owners 0 stars

I guess if you are reading this review you might be thinking of renting this condo. My advice is don’t. The description & photos provided by the owner, who is a writer & professional photographer, in my view, use a copious amount of artistic licence & significantly mis-represent her condo. I emailed the owner after our first day to advise how bitterly disappointed we were & identified many things that fall well below her description & modern expectations. I hoped to share the emails I sent & photos with you, but Vrbo do not allocate adequate space in this review to do so. To give you a flavour: the condo is basic & very tired, cheery no - dreary yes, musty smell throughout, patio boxed in by a 6ft high fence, dilapidated old bar-b-q outside the front door, damaged blinds, kitchen cupboard shared by food, broom/mop & trash, fridge & freezer with opened leftover food, bedroom closet a junk room, kitchenware & utensils all oddments (owner stated they had been ‘re-purposed’ from her mother), small cupboard under ac vent looks like a dungeon entrance. And so on. On day 3 the owners husband made an unannounced visit on the pretext of addressing the pervading musty smell throughout the condo, being masked by air fresheners everywhere. He stated, if we wanted ‘we could move to a hotel at our cost’ & ‘the money’s ours’ - ‘this is Texas’. How about that for cordial hospitality? We vacated after 5 days; ‘we could not stay any longer as it was ruining our holiday.’ The owner describes her condo as having ‘all the amenities of a luxury hotel’. Never in a million years (since I emailed her the owner has edited her overview & removed the word ‘luxury’, but this doesn’t alter the reality). In essence it is a low rate condo on a low rent complex. If you decide to rent after reading this review your expectations should be low & then you won’t be disappointed. By the way, her husband was right; the money is theirs. They were not even courteous enough to authorise a refund for the remainder of our rental. Engaging Vrbo Traveller Care involves hours on the phone & many unanswered emails. They are world class at ‘kicking the can down the road’, hoping the traveller loses the will to live. All talk - no action - no feedback. Spare yourself a large helping of disappointment & hassle; choose alternative accommodation.

We take pride in our guest having an enjoyable and relaxing vacation in a clean and comfortable conveniently located accommodation at a reasonable cost. Our condo is available for between $60. to $90. per night depending on how long and when your stay is. A 5 star hotel is $200. or more per night in our area. These guest were disappointed they did not get a 5 star accommodation for the 3 star price they paid. We have review after review stating our photos are true to what we offer. We provide everything you need to cook, relax and be like you are home. It's TRUE, not all utensils are new, but they are useful. And our we leave some of the unopened items our guest leave. Within reason, we always work with our on their needs

Affordable and clean

If you’re looking for a place to stay at this price point it was great. Clean apartment, nicely decorated, and responsive owner. I would suggest a few updates though, such as a new toilet seat as the one in the apartment is scuffed up. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a plus, too. Overall, an affordable play to stay in a great location.

Thank you for your honest comments. We will look into getting a new toilet seat. We have not added a ceiling fan in the bedroom due to no electrical in the ceiling. To compensate, there is a standing fan in the closet .We are glad to provide affordable accommodations that are clean and attractive and conveniently located.

Our condo is in a community with many permanent residents. Wonderful, it felt just like home. In a perfect location with a very friendly community. Condo was had everything we needed and was warm and inviting. Very nicley decorated.

My husband and I live nearby and are available 24/7 via phone/text. We are glad to provide suggestions for your stay and arrange and advise on local tours of the area. We provide a guide with our reviews for restaurants and local attractions. In the condo you will find current maps of the area, brochures, history books, coupon books and photo tips to help with your stay. My husband and I are long time residents of Seabrook. I am known for my photography of the area and I have written books on the history of Seabrook and the Clear Lake Area.

Quiet wooded area on a side street off NASA Parkway. Across the street from this unit is a park perfect for families and pets with hike and bike trails and splash pad. This is a seaside community with Clear Lake at the end of the street which feeds into Galveston Bay. The neighborhoods are known for the homes of astronauts and million dollar homes on the water.

The area is safe for walking and biking and bird watching. Located on the Texas Gulf Coast Birding Trail. Galveston Bay/Clear Lake is a great recreational area. You can rent boats, kayaks, jet skis or fish from a pier. Armand Bayou Nature Center, Clear Lake Park and Pine Gully Park offer a variety of outdoor nature activities. The NASA Space Center is a 5 minute drive, Kemah Boardwalk is a 5 minute drive and the condo is located half-way between Galveston Island and Houston with a about a 35-40 minute drive each way. There are many things to see and do in this popular vacation area. The condo is located near many waterfront hotspots such as Sams Boat and Cabo, both located on Clear Lake, a short walk from the condo.
