This was a great option for my sister and I to have a clean, safe, and affordable housing option while visiting family in the area. We didn’t plan on spending too much time at the house, so it offered us everything we needed - bed, kitchenette, bathroom, wifi, snacks and tv. Nadia was an excellent host who was super responsive, thoughtful, and truly cared about the quality of our stay. We would stay here again!

Communication was very clear and prompt. A welcome sign, guest basket with snacks, and drinks in the fridge were a warm gesture. Our suite was quiet, private, and comfortable. This VRBO was just right for weekend stay in Jacksonville.

We stayed two nights in this is a very quiet and private space which is kept clean and well equipped. It's like a Florida hotel room with a kitchenette at a most favorable rate. The residential neighborhood is walkable, close to retail, and still convenient to downtown. Nadia could not have been more kind, prompt, and available throughout.

This is a beautiful little room in a quiet and cozy little neighborhood. I travel to Jacksonville often for work and have about exhausted the dirty, smelly hotels with sticky carpets. I have been warned that rooms off Verbo are a hit or miss... but this is a Homerun. The homeowner has thought of everything, provides all the necessary information to access the room and property with no fuss, and is warm and friendly. The bed is comfortable, the floors are tile, there is TV, AC and a private entrance. I could go on and on about how enjoyable my stay was, but instead I will just encourage you to go book this for your stay.

This room is in a safe area with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The host provided detailed instructions for access as well as room information. It had all that I needed, and was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if available when I'm in the area. Host is very kind.

I really enjoyed staying at this place, Nadia was very kind and fast to reply to my questions and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Me and my wife are somewhat of digital nomads and decided to give this studio a chance, I hate all the noise of hotels and staying at a quiet neighborhood was really good for both me and my wife, who was really glad to chat with the owners and even remembered her younger days riding a bicycle which our hosts had, around the neighborhood.The bedroom was impecable and the bath had a little soap, shampoo and lotion which we found lovely alongside the nice relaxing picnic table outside.The snacks and the bottle of wine was a good detail too.I would be coming back and I would 100% recommend this nice and tranquil stay at Nadia’s place.
