Diese nur 502 m² große, voll ausgestattete Unterkunft für Erwachsene befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Jacksonville, mit Zugang zu den Interstates 10 und 95 in wenigen Minuten und nur 10 Minuten Fahrt von den Innenstädten einschließlich des Stadions, der Konzerthallen und des Kongresszentrums entfernt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem älteren Stadtkernviertel von Murray Hill / Riverside und diese gut ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet alles, was Sie für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Einheit ist mit einer kompletten Küche, Töpfen, Pfannen, Ehrenbar, Kamin ausgestattet. kostenloses Highspeed-Wifi, Kabel und eine Vielzahl von Annehmlichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist von außen schlicht gehalten, ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft, aber innen mit einer festlichen, modernen Palette, mit einer interessanten Auswahl an Dekor. Dies ist eine Einheit nur für Erwachsene. Das Gerät verfügt über modernste schlüssellose Zugang, Überwachungskameras, gut beleuchteten Parkplatz, Kohlenmonoxid-und Rauchmelder und bietet einen komplett eingezäunten Garten mit Stühlen einen Tisch und eine kleine Feuerstelle .... Bitte beachten Sie ..... Ich akzeptiere ein Haustier mit $ 50. 00 nicht rückzahlbare Haustier Gebühr bis zu einer Woche. Tut mir leid, keine mehrere Haustiere. Haustiere müssen in Käfigen untergebracht werden, wenn Sie das Gerät verlassen. Es ist mir egal, wenn du sie noch nie angelegt hast, denn das ist die Hausordnung. Ich hatte mehrere Vorfälle, bei denen so genannte "perfekte Haustiere" Kissen, Dekor usw. gekaut haben und ich werde mich nicht damit abfinden. Wenn dies nicht für Sie funktioniert, schauen Sie respektvoll anderswo .. Warum zahlen Sie 200 $. 00 eine Nacht in der alten Hyatt Downtown zu bleiben, wenn Sie doppelte Platz und viel mehr Wert für Ihr Geld hier bekommen können? Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie als Stadtkern eine Vielzahl von Menschen hier sehen werden und wenn Sie sich unwohl fühlen, Menschen zu sehen, die vielleicht nicht wie Sie aussehen oder sich in Bezug auf Religion, ethnische Zugehörigkeit, sexuelle Orientierung oder Einkommensniveau unterscheiden, ist dies vielleicht nicht das Beste fit für dich. Einige Blöcke sehen gut aus, während die nächsten vielleicht nicht auffallen, aber ich kann nur mein Service-Level kontrollieren, wie gut meine Einheit eingerichtet ist und wie sauber sie bleibt. Die Nachbarschaft ist gentriftig und liegt direkt am Rand des Dining District. Im Umkreis von 1,6 km befinden sich über 50 Restaurants. Die Anzahl der Gäste wird sich innerhalb von 3 km verdreifachen. Ich habe über 200 Rezensionen auf konkurrierenden Websites und habe mich entschieden, meine Einheiten zu VRBO hinzuzufügen, da dies für viele kurzfristige Gäste, die in unsere Gegend kommen, die richtige Lösung sein könnte. Bitte zögern Sie nicht zu fragen, wenn Sie Fragen zu Annehmlichkeiten, Lage usw. haben und ich werde mein Bestes tun, um alle Anfragen zu beantworten. Übrigens bin ich nicht in der Nähe des Strandes und der nächste ist 12 Meilen entfernt. Ich werde das oft gefragt. Ich habe eine maximale Dauer von 45 Tagen. Our stay was very nice I enjoyed the minibar and the availability of soda at the spot, everything I might have forgot or missed from home was provided including filtered water, cat treats and lots of blankets. I was impressed by the amount of available towels and toiletries. Very easy to access and in a nice neighborhood.

The place was very clean. The host was probably the best we have experienced in our years of using VRBO. He communicated very clearly and was most hospitable. There were two pet dishes outside of the front door upon our arrival; this told us our pet was very welcome. The location was great - quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Great shopping and restaurants were close, and we were just 3 miles from the hospital (which was the main reason for our trip). I highly recommend staying here.

Great Little Spot

We loved our stay here. The neighborhood at first glance felt sketchy but everyone was friendly and what a location! This is clearly an up and coming neighborhood, right near lots of great restaurants - Daiv recommended Blue Fish and Carmine's and both were fantastic. Sitting outside enjoying our coffee in the morning was a highlight each day. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and AC - a necessity down here. This place has everything you need.

Hip 1st floor 1bedroom w/lots of nice touches

We appreciated being able to pull into the driveway since our SUV was pretty full. The partial fence made it nice for our dog. I really love Riverside just a short distance away. and the house was clean and cool. We loved the experience.

Visiting family in Jacksonville over a long weekend.

Daiv's property was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and dining area. It was a wonderfully quiet home in a lovely neighborhood close to where our family members live, shops, stores and restaurants and beautiful parks. Five stars all around. We would definitely rent this apartment again. And Daiv left us some tasty cupcakes too!!! Thanks for a great stay.

It is indeed a cozy, pet friendly, rental w/i a quick drive of all the cool Stuff in 5 Points.

We truly enjoyed staying here. Davi is the nicest guy. He met us when we arrived and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He then offered to drive us around and show us the location of the "cool & trendy" places that are highlighted on his list of things to do in the area. His little 5 Points home is nicely decorated and has a great fence back yard that our two small dogs loved exploring. All in all we loved staying here and will be back during the holidays.

Will likely come back!

I chose this property for two reasons: the nearness to a friend whose birthday I was celebrating and the price. What I didn’t expect was the pair of cupcakes waiting for me and the amount of communication to make sure everything was going well. I’m still getting used to traveling solo, and Daiv made it so easy.

Nice downstairs unit

Daiv was an awesome host. Long, long exchanges about restaurants for lunches and dinners. With kind follow-up afterward to see if I enjoyed the meal. Generally speaking, very responsive to questions via text and the app. The unit I stayed in was the downstairs unit. Easy access, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood.

Best VRBO experience ever!

I have stayed throughout the world using the Vrbo app and this was the best overall experience I have had. Not only was everything as it was advertised, but the apartment was wonderfully decorated and packed with extras. Can't say enough

This property was perfect, clean, quite not even a dog barking, wonderfully decorated, just like the photos. But it was the bed that I loved the most so great, I even contacted Daiv later about were he got it. Rent this place you will NOT be disappointed.

All That & More!!!

Daiv is an enjoyable host who takes good care of his guest. Feeling welcomed and safe is priceless, however, this cozy spot is all that and more! From Daiv's warmth to the fresh and zesty decor, a location near all the eateries, kitchen/bathroom/bedroom essentials galore and a price that cannot be beaten! We will be back whenever we're in Jax.

Cozy and well decorated

This apartment is perfect for two. My husband and I felt at home, and much more comfortable than if we had stayed in a hotel. It is very clean, and the decor was cheerful and pleasant. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking if you desire. The shower had excellent water pressure. Perfect spot to stay in if you want to explore Jacksonville. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Cute little reto apartment

Great place to stay near Riverside, 5 Points and Avondale-all fun places to investigate! Our host was very gracious and welcoming. Loved all the special touches he did for our comfort.

Very cozy and comfy with a true 5star host.

Daiv was so hospitable and the accommodations were through the roof. He met us at the rental and guided us through all that was available. And his knowledge of the area and local services was vast. And just Incase you can’t remember all the places he mentioned, he printed them in a reference guide!!! The rental itself is what you see in the pics. It’s cozy and quaint with a lot of personality. The fenced in back yard is private and quiet also. We really felt welcomed and at home during this stay and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you Daiv!!!

I am a 65 years old man who was in the hospitality for over 25 years. I relocated to Jacksonville area in 1999 and began purchasing rental properties with my partner. I have 10 units now including this duplex which I initialed purchased as a vacation apartment for
family and friends. They come down less and less so I started with vacation rentals 3 years ago and have over 200 review on other websites. I joined VRBO/HomeAway to broaden my base of clientele. I retired from American Express Travel to focus on this business. I my self am an avid traveler and have been to over 20 countries including Sweden, Denmark. Turkey, Iceland, Panama, Ecuador and many more. In my free time I enjoy home remodeling projects, EDM, )electronic dance music and cooking for family and friends.

Location, location , location!! This unit like my other long term rentals are all within a mile
of my home so its easy to commute and perform repairs. Although not apparent to first time clients, the unit is located very close to the major interstates, the dining district and close to downtown, the stadium and music venues.

This ground level garden apartment is super cozy and private. It offers an explosion of color and in house amenities the color palette here is bold and vibrant in the furnishings and art reflect that. White walls don’t cut it for me and none of my apartments or vacation rentals have white on the walls. I offer complementary Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, a fenced in backyard, off street parking and an honor bar as well as an online directory for local places to dine at.
