No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.

Trash collection is 6 days a week by 9am. If trash is not securely outside by 9am for the trash valet, the trash will NOT be picked up and will need to be taken to the trash compactor. The only day trash will not be picked up is Wednesday.

· Use 13-gallon bags for all Trash.



· Bag and securely tie all waste.

· Double bag pet waste to prevent leaks and stains outside of your home.

· Bags must hold contents securely during transportation without ripping or leaking.

· Place your securely tied waste in your trash bin outside of your home. If the bench is full, place the secured bag adjacent to the trash bin.

· Have Trash Bin in the front of the garage or front porch of the property.

· DO NOT leave trash out Overnight - Have your trash out and inside the bin by 9:00 AM.



If you have a guest checking in and would like trash removed on a Wednesday, please note that the compactor is located at the front of the community. Be sure to:

Secure all trash in 13-gallon sized trash bags

Place bags inside the compactor

Do not leave trash outside the compactor or near the clubhouse, as this is strictly prohibited

No pets. Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund.

Bathroom: hand soap, toilet paper (1 per bath + 1 extra), body wash/shampoo/conditioner (1 set per bath), 2 small soaps

Kitchen: sponge, dish soap, 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods

We recommend purchasing extras based on stay length/group size.

Pool heat (optional)

$40/day (min 2 nights)

Request 48 hours in advance

May take up to 24 hours to heat (max 95°F / 35°C)

Not effective in very cold weather; no refunds if weather impacts temperature

Trash

Please take trash out daily to the exterior plastic bin to avoid pests.

We recommend DHL, FedEx, or Amazon.

USPS may return packages for vacation rentals. We are not responsible for failed deliveries.
