Host was super responsive and accomodating, the place was very clean and tidy. Beach wagon, chairs, and boogie-boards were a great bonus! A/C kept up without a hitch and the pyrex set was great for leftovers and cut fruits. Thanks again George!

We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience on the Gulf. The house is perfectly situated steps from the beach and close enough to stroll to dinner every night. Our host was so responsive from our very first booking questions all the way through our stay. The rental was exactly as advertised. The amenities were wonderful, the location perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach was delightful. The host even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. It was GREAT!

Easy access location. Indian rocks beach and was beautiful—blue water and soft white sand. The house included beach friendly gear. We had no unmet needs. His instructions were clear, accurate and nothing was missing. Our trip was short, so we really appreciated everything being as expected.
