Brand new!! This beautiful new home is located on the ocean block in the heart of Surf City.

A restaurant since 1961, this building has been completely remodeled and transformed into a gorgeous beach house just 9 houses from the beach. This house accommodates 10 people with 4 bedrooms including 1 king room (master suite), 2 queen rooms, and 1 twin room with twin bunk beds and 2 twin beds, 2.5 bathrooms. There are blackout blinds in every bedroom and split units with a/c and heat in every room so you can control your comfort level. It has a huge open area living space with dining room table that seats 10, a kitchen with an island seating 5 and a living room with a big comfy sectional, 70 inch Samsung smart tv and a brand new turntable with a stash of some classic albums. Everything in the home is brand new, furnished with high end furniture. We supply linens, towels, and beach towels and a washer/dryer, steamer, and a clothesline. Our kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need… from a crab boil to Thanksgiving dinner. We also have a brand new natural gas Weber grill if you just want to enjoy the outdoors and barbecue, with multiple outdoor seating areas to choose from including our rooftop deck, the pergola deck, or the yard with an 8-person picnic table, lounge seating and a gas firepit.


This unique home is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation, we have a keyless entry and no streets to cross to get to the beach. We supply 8 beach badges, 2 soft top longboards, cooler, 4 beach chairs, 4 sand chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a folding wagon to get it all there! There are so many things to do, right outside the front door. Enjoy boutique shopping, mini golf, arcades, fishing/crabbing, biking (bike rentals right next door), ice cream, and the many restaurants/bars and eateries this area has to offer.
