Classic Shore House in the Heart of Beach Haven

Classic LBI beach house featuring 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths located in the heart of downtown Beach Haven. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the light and bright sun room which is the perfect place to watch the world go by. The spacious living room with hardwood floors is ideal for entertaining guests. Kitchen amenities include granite counters, tiled backsplash, gas cooking and a large pantry. While the dining room offer bay views the large back yard is also a great place to barbeque with friends and family. There are 2 bedrooms with a full bath on the first floor plus 2 bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. Store all of your beach and boating accessories in the separate garage. Walk or bicycle to everything that the Queen city has to offer such as shopping, nightlife, Fantasy Island, top class restaurants and more. Located across the street from Chicken or the Egg.

This Rental includes 3 TVs with WIFI. The home has central air conditioning. It also includes 6 beach passes. The backyard has a deck with new Gas BBQ along with new outdoor furniture. New indoor dining room set and dishwasher.

Perfection!

Planned a quick getaway with girlfriends - this place was perfect - the host was just a text away if needed - the ease and location of the house was amazing! Didn’t have to use our cars until we had to leave - everything is in walking distance!

Everything that you want and need

This was my second time renting this beach house, and it was just as perfect as the first! The home is spotless, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal — right in the middle of everything, from the beach to great restaurants and shops. The host is fantastic — super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back again!

This rental was perfect for our family and very clean. Loved walking to the 3 coffee shops all within a short blocks. Everything we needed was within walking distance: the beach, the bay, the rides & mini golf, Murphy’s grocery store, shops & restaurants. Loved playing corn hole outside after the beach, the outside shower, & watching sunsets from the deck. Although house is on Bay, it is quiet inside & even outside almost all the time. Beautiful neighborhood & owner was immediately attentive to one very minor issue that got resolved. Great host & rental home!

Beach week at LBI

Such a cute house, well appointed, clean. Great location - next to bagel shop - close to the beach and the bay and close to lots of options for dining and shopping. The owners were super nice and made the whole process very easy. Definitely one to consider going back to.

Highly recommend this house. Great location. Beautifully maintained with tons of attention to detail. Great communication with Julia and Stefan. Amazing week at amazing location

The entire vacation was great! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. The house was clean and perfect. The location could not have been better, especially since we have 3 teenagers. They were able to walk and/or bike everywhere. We parked the car and didn’t need it the whole week. The walk to the beach is easy. The side yard with the Adirondack chairs was perfect. The outside shower is great, amazing water pressure. They supply plenty of beach chairs and beach badges, along with beach toys, umbrellas and corn hole. Already looking forward to renting next summer. The owners are super responsive! Highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely wonderful communication with owner and very clean home. We had an amazing vacation here!!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful and very clean house that smelled like a spa. I seriously left my troubles at the door and felt immediately relaxed here. The house was perfect for our mix of little kids and our big kids. The house is in perfect location to everything. Short walk to fantasy island, the beach, the bay, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the upper deck off the back of the house where we caught some sunsets over the bay. We will definitely be visiting this house as much as we can because it had so much to offer for our needs. Amazing beach trip for my friends and I!

My friends and I were looking for somewhere to stay down the shore for a beach vacation and wanted a space where we could all be together, rather than a hotel. This house was perfect to accommodate all of us and there was plenty of space for us to sit together and relax. There were lots of TVs which was convenient and the kitchen amenities were extremely helpful. The washer and dryer came in handy for drying our towels and the deck was awesome for a grill night watching the sunset. The outdoor shower was also very helpful and spacious. Julia, the owner, was very easy to contact the whole trip and was willing to help us in any way we needed. Overall, the location of this house was perfect for a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/shops all around. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Wonderful Beach Cottage! Clean and Excellent Location

I spent 4th of July week with my husband, 4 children…and grandparents even came for a quick few days. The owner, Julia, was very friendly and thorough in our conversation prior to our arrival. The place was clean, smelled amazing with essential oil diffusers in the home. She even had a salt lamp in one bedroom! The place was beautifully decorated and had all of the essentials on hand. Full kitchen with everything we needed, in addition to a brand new grill for barbecuing. Cozy outside patio furniture for watching the sunset over the bay. The fireworks show felt like it was in the backyard! We did not have to leave the comfort of the home to enjoy the show. Fantastic location with shops and restaurants, market, beach and bay all within walking distance. Ample parking on street right next to the house. Also, there were seasonal beach badges, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a corn hole game to play in the fenced in backyard. Small garage to store all beach items and my rental bike for the week. We did need to pack our own towels and sheets, but comforters and pillows were there and the mattresses were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental property.

The Perfect Shore House

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property! The location is absolutely ideal - situated in the best part of LBI, equally accessible to the beautiful beach and sunsets over the Bay. Everything is walkable. So many great places to eat (right next door to Bagel Shack), awesome shopping at Bay Village and other spots, plus Fantasy Island. Truly something for everyone. The house itself is perfect! Definitely larger than expected. Four full bedrooms plus 1 and 1/2 baths indoors and a great outdoor shower. There is so much space! From the large front sunroom to the comfortable back deck. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Not your typical shore house kitchen with mismatched silverware and a few pans! Julia truly thought of everything. The dining room is sunny and relaxing with space for a crowd. And even the laundry room is clean and convenient, and a great spot for sandy towels and flip flops after the beach. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs in the breezy side yard, and having access to the provided beach chairs was most appreciated. We were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather all week, which made this truly an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This was our second year staying at Julia and Stefan’s home, and it came with upgrades from our first year’s already fantastic experience. First, you will not find better hosts. They are excellent at communication and they respond quickly to emails. They upgraded an already great home with a new dishwasher and an additional side door that makes entering the house from the outdoor shower very easy. It’s also great for a second entrance/exit if you have early risers that don’t want to disturb late sleepers on the first floor. The mattresses are cozy and we all caught up on sleep there. Once we parked, we never had to get back in our cars. There’s a grocery store, pharmacy, and so many hidden gems of restaurants that are walkable. We also ventured a few blocks and got coffee every morning from Guapos, which has a rooftop deck to drink your coffee with a view. We had four adults and four children, and we only turned the TV on once, on a rainy night. The kitchen is modern, there are plenty of dishes and it’s located perfectly near the deck to bring food out for grilling. The dining table is big enough for everyone to sit together and eat, talk, or play games. We didn’t discover the greatness of the sunroom until late in our stay the first year, but we set it up this year as a “gaming room” for the kids and they LOVED it. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, and they supply six beach passes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards. Year 3 is already booked.

Great home, great location, great owners

I cannot say enough great things about this home and our stay. Julia is responsive and gave us all of the details and instructions in advance. Once we walked through the door, we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. Everything was exactly where she said it would be, and the house is very well stocked with the basics (dishes, pots, pans, grill, etc.). The house itself seemed MUCH bigger in person than what we anticipated from the pictures which was a happy surprise. It was also more modern looking in person than what we thought from the pictures. The kitchen is large and open, and all of the drawers and cabinets "made sense" so it was extremely easy to find things. We are a house of cooks, so this was a huge plus for us. All of the bedrooms were spacious, and had appropriate dresser and closet space to put things away for the week. The location of the house was unbeatable. We were a little nervous about it being busy outside, but it wasn't. The rooms are located toward the rear of the house as well, so if there was noise, we didn't hear it. We traveled with an 8 and 10 year old who had no problems walking the two blocks to the beach. It is perfectly located a few blocks from fantasy island and bay village. The bagel store next door was the highlight of our mornings, and there is a small grocery store one block over. We never had to get in the car once we got there. Julia also gave us the best beach pro-tip ever! She recommended that we park one of our cars on the beach block and keep our beach items in the car, so you only had walk to your car and carry everything in it up the dune. She also provided six beach passes, and extra chairs and boogie boards. The outdoor shower was clean, and the deck was really nice to sit out on in the mornings and the evenings. We got extremely lucky with the weather, but the house is spacious enough that if you are stuck inside for a day, everyone has their own space. Again, I cannot recommend this property enough, and we are already booking for next year.

Julia is an excellent host who ensured we had a nice stay at her beautiful home. Clean, comfortable and literally walking distance to everything you need to fully enjoy everything LBI has to offer! We will definitely keep this house on our radar for our next getaway!

Super Convenient Location in LBI!

We had the pleasure of staying here for Memorial Day weekend 2022. The house is wonderful - super convenient to everything. You can walk to the beach, amusement park, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, supermarket, etc. The house itself is comfy too (loved the front sunroom!!!) - nicely updated as well. We had eight people total - and there was plenty of room for us all. The house had pretty much everything we needed for a fun long weekend with kids. I'd recommend adding a wagon of some sort for guests to use for the beach (gets heavy carrying things but it's only a few blocks away) but that's really it. They had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The outdoor shower was great to keep sand out of the house too. Overall, a great beach getaway. The owners were super nice and easy to work with too. We hope to come back again soon! :-)
