We really appreciate your feedback - and nice to hear that you felt welcomed; that the studio had everything you needed and that you enjoyed your visits to the beach and the wonderful view from the studio. It would be lovely to see you both again sometime.

Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated but disappointing. It was immediately clear when you arrived that a studio was not what you wished - despite the comprehensive and accurate description on the VRBO website. The pictures on the website are accurate and definitely NOT manipulated to create a false impression. . The view of the lake and Switzerland is from the terrace IMMEDIATELY outside the studio and also from the studio window .(As shown in the picture on the website) Nobody has ever complained about the bed - in fact the very opposite- many have said how comfortable it is. In the mountains we do have occasional tiny insects from time to time - I am sure you also have much larger ones in your own country! They can appear when it is cool outside and the come in where it is warm! However the studio was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival I also explained that the individual klik-klak was intended for a child or young adult and not suitable for, or to be used by, you or your "partner" as a bed. Despite this, It was evident that you dismantled the bad and caused significant damage when you failed to reassemble it correctly ( and also tried to hide the fact that you had! } I am sorry that you decided to go elsewhere. I trust you found somewhere suitable and enjoyed the rest of your holiday

Ich bin froh, dass dir die Wohnung gefallen hat. Sie sind jedoch die einzigen Gäste, die sich negativ über das Bett geäußert haben. In der Tat haben andere Gäste dieses Jahr und vorher tatsächlich gesagt, wie bequem das Bett ist - um darin zu schlafen! Und mit einem kleinen Baby weiß Ihre Frau unsere Waschmaschine zu schätzen (obwohl diese normalerweise nicht im Mietpreis des Studios enthalten ist). Wie Sie sagen, die Aussicht aus dem Studio ist fantastisch und die Wandermöglichkeiten sind groß. Wir hoffen, Sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder zu sehen.Glad you liked the apartment. You are however the only guests who have made a negative comment about the bed. Indeed other guests this year and previously have actually said how comfortable the bed is - to sleep in! And with a small baby, I know your wife appreciated being able to use our washing machine (although it is not normally included in the rental of the studio) As you say, the views from the studio are amazing and the walking opportunities are extensive. We hope to see you again at some future date.

D'après nos précédents clients (voir leurs avis 5 et 4 étoiles), Thollon est une station d'été et d'hiver géniale avec beaucoup de choses à faire toute l'année, y compris en basse saison. . Comme vous avez choisi de venir dans ce magnifique village de montagne, tout droit venu d'Amérique du Sud, vous auriez peut-être pu anticiper que le village serait un peu plus calme en basse saison. Cependant, vous êtes arrivé avec une liste d'endroits que vous aviez déjà prévu de visiter, vous saviez donc qu'il y avait beaucoup à faire dans les environs immédiats (notamment Evian, Montreux, Gruyère, Yvoirre, Morzine, Châtel, Lausanne, etc.) Nous aurions facilement pu communiquer en français. Cependant, vous avez spécifiquement demandé que je parle anglais avec vous car vous souhaitiez pratiquer votre propre anglais.

Merci à vous deux pour cette critique très utile. Je suis sûr que les futurs invités apprécieront de connaître certaines des nombreuses choses que vous avez faites lorsque vous étiez avec nous.
