The condo features a cozy dining area with seating for four, and a screened-in balcony with an additional outdoor dining table for four—ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Guests can open the sliding glass doors to let in the sea breeze or simply relax on the balcony and take in the coastal atmosphere.

Just a short walk across the street brings you to the sandy shores of Fort Myers Beach, making beach days effortless and convenient. Back at the property, guests can unwind at the resort-style pool, enjoy a cookout at the BBQ grill, or gather in the screened-in picnic area complete with tables and chairs. Fairview Isles offers a welcoming and well-maintained environment that enhances every stay.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
