The house was as described on VRBO. The private pool was great to have on quiet days and the water park passes were a nice change. Property was 30-35 mins from Disney and a close drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. We would be happy to stay at this listing again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was our base as we went to Universal Studios. It was nice to come home to the hot tub each day. The kids loved the air hockey table. The kitchen could use some more pans.

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great and we loved having our own pool and hot tub. The property manager was responsive when we had some issues which were resolved promptly. We appreciated the amenities at Encore like the restaurant and water park. This was our third time staying at an Encore home and we will be back!

Fun in Florida

The home was amazing - so fun for our kids with the themed rooms and kid friendly atmosphere. The extra amenities provided (strollers, heated pool, etc) made the stay extra easy and comfortable. Thank you for a memorable weekend with our family.

The most beautiful home I've stayed in.

The house was very beautiful and clean. It was very convenient and easy to get to Disneyland. The resort had lots of delicious meals. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool which was very relaxing to unwind in. The water park was a fun experience for my kids and they enjoyed playing in the game room. Overall it was an awesome trip and I would want to stay here the next time I am in Orlando

High School Graduation Celebration

We had 7 family members go on our niece high school graduation present. We hit most Disney parks in 6 days. The house was very close to all locations of parks and good restaurants. Place was clean. Not run down at all. Multiple rooms to chose from and one was better than the other. Great stay, a lot of laughs and the community was all geared the same way. What a pleasure. Plenty of security and peace of mind. Excellent.

First Disney trip with grandkids

The property was perfect for our 3 families. The kids loved the themed rooms and pool. There was plenty of room for all of us. The owner was very responsive. The only issue was a technical problem at the security gate which made re-entry to the property each time a bit frustrating. I’m sure management will figure out they need to add personnel at the gate when the system is down. Overall, a great family vacation home.

The house was clean and well appointed. I reported that the air hockey table wasn’t working when we arrived but no one came to check or fix. The teens and young adults lived in the game room. The refrigerator is very noisy. The notebook in the house talked about access to a lazy river and mini golf but, that was not available for us. Please take that out as I had really disappointed grand kids. We enjoyed the house pool. Although the description said pool towels were provided. The only pool towels were at the resort pool. Bring your own for the house. Luckily we had. Overall a very enjoyable experience in a great location.

Beautiful vacation home

The villa was great for our family of 12.. it is a lovely property. The kids especially enjoyed the gaming room. We did pay extra to have the pool and spa heated for our stay, but this did not happen until our 3rd day of the week. The owner told me he would refund for the 2 days, but as of this writing, that has not happened. We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past. I was surprised and disappointed that necessities for our stay were not provided in full. We were given a "starter pack" of items, but had to purchase toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and paper towels for our stay. These are the reasons I could not give a 5-star review, but we did have a nice family vacation in Orlando.

Nice property but beware

This property is as listed. Lots of room for lots of people. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone. Bonus room was a plus. However there were several issues with the cleanliness and we paid extra for pool heat that did not work correctly our entire stay. Pool heat only works from 8am to 8pm and with low overnight temps there is no chance for the water to get warm enough to swim in. Don’t waste your money for pool heat! Management was very responsive throughout the experience. We were also given instructions to check in at the Club but were offered no assistance since we rented thru VRBO. It is gated but no parking pass provided. You have to call to get in the gate each time. Lots of extras provided like baby beds and strollers. Lots of movies and two dishwashers if you come with a big crowd. Would stay here again but a whole lot wiser to the process and how not to waste money.

Perfect for our family trip to Disney

The property was very clean. The kitchen and bedrooms had all of the items we would need a vacation home. The pool was private, clean and our three kids had a great time swimming. The water park closed around 6 or 7, so having our own pool for evening hour swimming was great! Our daughter loved the elsa room and felt like a princess sleeping in there. Our son slept in the Star Wars bunk beds and greatly enjoyed it! Our baby slept in the crib in the master bedroom, which worked out great so he could have quiet and privacy away from the other kids. We rented a double stroller right at the club house, they delivered it and it was ready for our visit to magic kingdom. Very convenient! The home owner was extremely helpful and friendly from the minute we booked our stay to the end of our trip. He was available through texting and very helpful to us. He did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. If I had to give any constructive criticism it would be that not all the bathrooms and showers had hot water. We also went out and purchased our own pool toys for our kids, but it would have been nice to have a few available at the house. It also would have been nice if the garage and game room were air conditioned. Check in was at four pm. It was a little late for our situation with very young kiddos and an early flight. The house is a close drive to magic kingdom and Epcot. It's also close to a main road that offers a few grocery stores and several restaurants. We loved our stay and definitely made the right choice not to stay on the Disney property for our kids first trip to Disney. We all had a great time and we would absolutely stay at this house again!!!

As an owner, I would like to thank you so much for your all comments. Thank you so much for you and your family as our guests. (1) In fact, I already bought five pool toys and put them on the pool and our former guests played the pool toys; but my property management put all pool toys in the closet and did not allow to use them. I will buy some pool toys again as soon as possible. Do not worry the pool toys. (2) For air conditioner, I already applied to install the air conditioner two months ago; but I am still waiting to get air conditioner approved (Air conditioner in the garage need to be approved by Encore Resort and the County). Right now the movie theater and X boxes are ready and will be used when air conditioner installed. (3) I as owner and my property management both help our guests; but we need our guests to let us know no hot water, then my property management will fix this problem immediately. From now I will check every guest to make sure hot water available at any time. As owner, I would like to listening to all our guests comments, I will do my best to improve our service. The Great, Good, Bad and Ugly

The Great 1. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. 2. The water park at the resort was great. The Good 1. Location of the property was close to the Disney Parks. 2. House layout was good. Large open kitchen and living room. 3. Kids liked two themed kid bedrooms. 4. Each adult couple had a queen or king bed to sleep on and beds were comfortable. The Bad 1. The resort is divided by a busy road. Our property was on the opposite side of the main office and water park. 2. The carpet in bedrooms was dirty and had multiple stains. There were multiple holes in the sheetrock. Paint on the trim was worn. Trim around the cabinets was loose / broken. 3. AC would not cool below 75 degrees. After several back and fourth’s over multiple days with the property manager a technician came out and unfroze the AC. The Ugly We had a very poor experience with the property manager, Jianhua Sun, and the company Sun/Zheng Rental out of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. 1. Shortly after I booked Jianhua offered a $100 booking discount if I rebook the same property on another VRBO listing without cancelling my current reservation. I did not feel comfortable doing this with the no cancellation policy. Thought this was a scam. 2. Six months before our trip, Jianhua sent me an invoice for the pool and spa heating of $755 for immediate payment to “guarantee” service. Finally changed invoice to 2 weeks before check in. 3. About a week before our trip Jianhua contacted me to let me know that the property was available a day early. I let him know we could not change flights but would like early check in. Jianhua initially offered $338 for us to check in 6 hours early! I told him $100 is the max I would pay. He sent another offer for $200 and a third for $159. He finally sent an invoice for $100. 4. When we checked out, I was concerned that we would be charged for some of the items in disrepair. I notified Jianhua when we left and received confirmation that check out looked good. Two days later we were charged $1100 for a broken projector with no details. The projector is ceiling mounted. I asked Jianhua to describe what was broken. I received a message from Jianhua stating that if we did not break the projector he would check with other guests. I finally received a notice from VRBO that my credit card would be refunded within 15 days. I liked the resort. The house was acceptable. I would never rent a property managed by Sun/Zheng Rental.

La casa requiere mantenimiento , muebles, cierre de ventanas con cerraduras rotas. Direct TV e internet no funcionaron por dos días, Xbox no se pudo conectar. Limpieza muy deficiente. Si bien atendieron nuestros reclamos, no se resolvieron hasta dos o tres días después y algunos no se resolvieron.

I liked the water park very much. Everything worked at the house but it was not very well maintained. With children it was very good because they had the movie theater and pool. Kitchen cutlery and pans could be better.

Great place to stay . something for the whole family

We really enjoyed it, carpets were a little dirty, but the rest of the house was clean. I would stay there again.
