Rooms were very clean. House was just the right size if you have 4 people staying. Kitchen was very well equipped. Pool was very well kept. Glad to see the hand railings in the pool. TV's could have more channels available to watch. The host, Jeff responded very quickly when sending messages. Over all it was a nice stay. Very quite area and easy to get to.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this property in Cape Coral! Very clean and well equipped. We had an incident with the washing machine but Sigrid, the property manager, and Jeff, the owner handled the situation immediately. They were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral Paradise

The home was beautiful. We loved the pool. went swimming several times a day. The location was ideal, not too far from beaches, close to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. the owners recommendations for places to eat and recreation was spot on. I can't wait to go back.

Great relaxing place to stay

We spent two glorious weeks at this home, it was exactly as advertised. House was clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Communication with Jeff was exceptional and Sigrid was awesome. The neighborhood was very quiet nice area for a walk. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to kick back and relax.

Very nice home

Property was very nice. Pool area was great and the location was very convenient to shopping. Living Room furniture was a little tired but everything else was top shelf. Sigrid the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

As advertised!

Spacious home that was clean, well maintained with updated decor coupled with a great location made for a great vacation. Everything we needed to settle in and stay relaxed was provided....seamless coordination and support provided by Jeff and Sandra helped ensure a great stay...Jeff's "List of Fun Things to Do" was particularly helpful...already planning to come back.

Wonderful Stay in Cape Coral!

My husband and I loved staying at Villa Chiara. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the pool noodles and floats, the bikes, the plentiful bath and pool towels, and the thoughtful details like hand soaps and travel-sized toiletries. And the lanai is really a highlight, with lovely canal views, a nice gas grill, firepit, dining table, TV, loungers, and of course the heated pool, which we spent SO much time in. We also really loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly, and it was incredibly easy to get to shopping and restaurants – both on Cape Coral Parkway and at the two marinas (Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point). We would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral Vacation

We found the property to be very clean, comfortable, and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed the outdoor lanai area and pool very much. We enjoyed the canal in back and even caught a few nice snappers for dinner. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying in this lovely home again if we visit Cape Coral in the future. The property management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to a minor issue.

Al We so enjoyed having you stay with us and I’m glad the fishing was good during your stay. Yes the pool and tv out in the lanai makes for a relaxing time day or night. The color pool light and fire pit complete the outdoor living in the lanai. Pleasant Stay at Villa Chiara

We had a lovely 17 day stay at Villa Chiara and came to escape the brutal February winter of the Chicago suburbs. The home was clean and well- stocked with many amenities, especially kitchen supplies. The pictures represent the home well. The pool area is spacious with plenty of chairs to sit outside, and there are chairs on the dock by the canal to watch the boats go by. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The Publix is a short 4 minute drive. We stayed there with our adult daughter and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent house!!

Jeff was an excellent communicator and emailed a list of all different types of things to do and places to eat . His property manager was nice and available if we had any questions. The home was very clean. It had all the amenities available. The house was warm and welcoming. The outside lanai was beautiful with the pool and furniture. It was fun to be able to watch TV outside, especially coming from the north. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation!

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

We’ve rented properties numerous times. This is the only property that requires a physical check out. Our flight home was cancelled which we found out about at 2:30am. We ended up driving home 24 hours. We couldn’t get the property manager until after 7 am so we couldn’t leave when we wanted to.

I'm sorry to hear that your flight canceled going home at 230am. I can sure understand your frustration with a 24 hour drive home now and learning about this at 230 am. We do offer early check outs as most guests like to do it on the last night as they plan early flights home the next day but it needs to be arranged during normal business hours.
