Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check in or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 garage space and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: 1 Dog allowed 25 lbs or less subject to additional pet fee. Rental Agreement signature required in order to stay with a pet. Pet mut be leashed and picked up after at all times. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-Dog Hybrid
