Stocked with everything you need for an easy trip - towels, fresh linens, full kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs and wagon, umbrella, cooler, washer/dryer, highchair, playpen, games, etc.

The Intercoastal Condominiums are private, spacious and nestled along the Waterway Mangrove Preserve. Upon entering the unit, you're welcomed by bright natural light off the massive balcony. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and 4-top stove/oven. The cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. A granite oversized countertop that flows into the Living Room which has glass sliding doors leading out to a spacious wooden balcony. Here you'll find an outdoor bistro table and chairs and lush views of the mangroves and the morning sunrise – perfect for your morning coffee.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (brand new mattress April 2024), private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed and a twin trundle (all new mattresses Nov 2023) as well a spacious closet. The primary bathroom has an oversized, walk-in shower and the hall bathroom has a soaking size bathtub. Linens and towels are provided. Pack lightly - there's a washer and dryer with laundry products. The laundry space stores an iron and ironing board.

The outdoor heated pool has an onsite outdoor shower and bathroom. You'll want to spend endless amounts of time on the fine, white sand Indian Shores Beach which is a quick walk. The beach stretches from St. Petersburg to Clearwater so it's ideal for a run, a walk, yoga, fishing, building sand sculptures, and enjoying stunning sunsets on the Gulf Waters.

When flying into Tampa International Airport, you'll have a 40-minute drive to Indian Shores. There's room for up to 2 vehicles to park and easy access to the unit via one set of stairs. We value our guests and go the extra mile to provide special touches for a fun, invigorating, and relaxing visit. From water toys for the beach to cruiser bicycles, a beach cart with chairs, and beach towels, we've got you covered.

Excellent condo by the beach

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The inside is updated and clean with added amenities for the beach. It had a wagon, chairs, a cooler and even games for the entire family. The owner is super friendly and made sure our check-in and check out went smoothly

Amazing!!!

Wow this was our first family vacation, this condo had everything, from toys and books to sunscreen towels and everything you need to make the trip yo the beach enjoyable….exceeded our expectations by far, very clean owners were quick to respond and reached out to check on us as well Everything is super close making it easy to just tale a quick walk 100% will be booking with them for our yearly trip our kids are ready to make a move

Perfect

We highly recommend this property if you are saying in Indian Shores. It’s very clean and lots of extras like beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We were walking distance to a beach access and also a nice quiet pool to use.Justyna Was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed and even arrange for us to do an early check-in in a little later check out. We were three adults having a girls weekend, but I could see where it would easily be comfortable for a family too!

Gorgeous place close to the beach

Wonderful condo with plenty of space and a nice pool as well. We stayed 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) and loved it. Communication with Justyna worked very well. As an extra special thing about this condo, the host has equipped the apartment with a lot of beach toys which is great when you are so close to the beach.

Hi! We are a family of 6 - 4 boys that LOVE spending time on the Gulf Coast. We live about 2 hours away but most of our free weekends are spent at the beach enjoying the waves, sand and ice cream. We hope you love your time as much as we do and create your personal memories in a casual, comfortable setting.
