Welcome to Hunt Hideaway! Nestled in a quiet corner of a lake community, this amenity filled vacation home offers everything from an arcade room, to a work space, to a reading corner and even a hot tub! Centrally located with only a short drive to skiing, white water rafting, paintball, swimming, boating, hiking and historic Jim Thorpe where you can shop, dine or take a ride on the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway.

- Rental stays come with trash passes for registered vehicles and 8 amenity passes that can be used throughout your stay (children 5 and under do not need amenity passes)
- Additional day passes for amenities can be purchased for $10 per person/per day; CASH ONLY
- Day passes can only be purchased by the primary renter, at the clubhouse by the lake during operating hours; you will be asked to provide a photo ID and your original rental packet
- No refunds will be provided if amenities are closed due to unforeseeable circumstances
Community amenities include:
- 190 acre lake with beach access: Seasonal from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Fishing – PA fishing license required
- Sport Courts: Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball Court
- Swimming Pool: Seasonal from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Playground
- Boat Rentals – Kayak, Paddle Boats, Paddle Boards
Guest access
- Guests will be given a 4-digit code to enter the property; code will be unavailable to use after checkout
- Driveway parking: 5 car maximum
- Guest maximum: 12 overnight guests
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old & present for entire stay
COMMUNITY REGISTRATION [REQUIRED]:
- The Towamensing Trails Property Owners' Association requires all groups to complete a registration form prior to issuing a rental packet
- This form requests: the primary renter’s full name, mailing address, phone number and signature; and vehicle license plate state/numbers for all cars on the reservation
- A link to the registration form will be sent to the primary renter within 2 weeks of check-in, and it must be completed 5 days prior to check-in to guarantee amenity access
- The HOA will not issue vehicle passes, trash compactor access, or guest wristbands without receipt of this form
We will do our best to accommodate last minute rentals, but please be advised that the owners association is closed on Sundays.

COMMUNITY RULES:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
- No feeding of wildlife
- No fireworks or outdoor fires | $500 fine
- 15 MPH speed limit throughout the community
- Guests must comply with all posted community rules
The primary renter will be responsible for any violations by their guests and any fines/tickets incurred during their stay. Reimbursement will be requested immediately via Vrbo upon receipt of any fines.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS:
- No parties of any kind
- No smoking inside the home | $250 fine
TRASH DISPOSAL:
Due to the occasional bear encounter, Towamensing Trails requires all garbage and recycling to be disposed of at the community trash receptacles. These are roughly a 5-minute drive from our property. Guests are responsible for removing their trash from the home and bringing it to community compactors. Please help us keep our home clean and bear-free by disposing of all garbage upon checkout!
