Needed to be dusted a bit and front windows were dirty. The stools at the eat in kitchen were in rough shape but overall it was a really nice place to stay.

Very cute property with excellent beds!!The only thing that I was unclear on is, I thought by property description that the development was beachfront but it's not. You have to cross 30a. However, that was not a problem. It was a short walk from the house to the road, which is 2 lanes and was not busy. Gate to beach is right across the road so that was nice. Took maybe 5 min to walk. The beach and water were perfect! We drove to most places so I'm not sure how many stores are within walking distance. I found the location great.

True Seaside Getaway!

Well-maintained residence just a five-minute walk to the beach. Patios off every bedroom perfect for winding down after time at the beach. Quiet and pleasant private neighborhood with grocery store and many restaurants within a 5-minute drive from the property. One of our favorite places to stay in Miramar

We had a minor AC issue during our stay. They sent someone out to fix it very quickly, and the property manager herself came by after to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for an our large (9 person) group. We will definitely book here again.

Our family group consisted of four adults and two small children. The “Seaside Getaway “ condo that we rented for the week provided ample space and comfort for all of our needs. Great location

We loved that the private beach was just a short walk away! With kids, we didn’t want all the sand in our vehicle, so we wanted something within walking distance! The pool was decent, and condo was clean. I wish the condo had some sort of shelves, or dresser for the bunk bed area, I wasn’t a fan of looking at our two pre teens clothes mess everything I came upstairs to our room! Over all 5 stars!
