PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Living & Dining
The main level is designed for social connection, featuring island seating, a cozy breakfast nook, and a formal dining area with a table for eight. The inviting living room offers ample space for movies and games, while a three-seasons room and a small open deck allow you to unwind in the fresh coastal air.
Sleeping Quarters
Main Floor: Features a Primary Suite with a King bed and a spa-like bathroom (soaking tub, shower, and private water closet), plus a second guest bedroom with two Twin beds.
Upper Level: Includes a second Primary Suite with a King bed and private shower, a spacious bedroom with three Twin beds and its own private bath, and an airy loft with a daybed.
Community Amenities
Guests have access to The Refuge’s premium amenities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts, all situated within this serene and quiet community.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
-There is parking for 2 vehicles.
-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
