Dies ist eine wunderschöne 3BR 3. 5BA komplett renovierte Wohnung befindet sich einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt im Herzen der malerischen und ruhigen Insel Fenwick. Gemeinschaftspool direkt im Hinterhof (in der Saison) und zu Fuß zu einer Reihe von Fenwick Islands besten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

MBR mit Kingsize-Bett und Glasschiebetür, die zu einer Terrasse mit Meerblick führt. Vom Oberdeck aus können Sie sowohl das Dorf Fenwick als auch den Leuchtturm von Fenwick sehen. Gästezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten auf der obersten Etage. Der Wohnbereich auf der zweiten Etage verfügt über eine erstklassige Küche, einen Essbereich, einen Familienbereich, einen Kamin und eine weitere möblierte Terrasse. Zweiter MBR mit King-Size-Bett und Vollbad im ersten Stock mit Glasschiebetür zu einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool.

Die Renovierung wurde im Winter 2019 abgeschlossen - alle neuen Böden und Farben, neue Küchenschränke, Badezimmer, Haushaltsgeräte und Armaturen.

Ein großer 50-Zoll-Smart-TV befindet sich im Wohnbereich im 2. Stock. Es gibt auch Fernseher in jedem der Hauptschlafzimmer. Eine Playstation 2 mit verschiedenen Spielen sorgt für Unterhaltung. WIFI steht den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Fenwick Island liegt an der Staatsgrenze von Delaware / Maryland und gilt als eines der "Quiet Resorts". Einige der nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Fenwick Island sind bequem zu Fuß mit der Familie zu erreichen. Dazu gehören der Fenwick Island State Park, Viking Golf und Go-Karts, der Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, der Fenwick Boardwalk und die Candy Kitchen.

Another great stay here

Second year staying here. Beautiful place to stay! Perfect location being walking distance to beach, am coffees, restaurants, shopping- dont need to even get in the car once here. Love the pool. Fenwick Family Vacation

The condo is very comfortable. Well-equipped & organized. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool. In fact, the pool is visible from the condo. The restaurants, miniature golf and other amenities are walking distance. Our family really enjoys staying here!

Best spot in Fenwick

From the easy check-in to the goodies when we first arrived, we love staying here. This is our second year at this house. It fits our needs perfectly, and we love how close it is to the beach and one of our favorite ice cream places! Blake was super nice and answered any questions we had. Great summer spot!

We had a great week with a few family members at this property! The owner needed to take care of some urgent maintenance when we first arrived, which was taken care of immediately and communicated perfectly! The townhome is the perfect walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants and shops! And not a bad bike ride from lots of others! Highly recommend staying here! In fact we’re already talking about trying to book for next year :) Thanks for having us!!

Loved it!

This property has all the great things about being at the beach. You can't beat the location. Everything you could want is right there. Great restaurants and fun shopping. The beach is wonderful with plenty of room to spread out. The townhouse is lovely and exactly as described and even included a fun goodie bag with some move-in treats and essentials. The owners clearly take pride in this property and it shows. Would definitely consider coming back next year!

Annual Fenwick Family Vacation

We have been coming to Fenwick for about 13 years, and have always rented at Admiral Bridge. The proximity to the beach is perfect & the pool is a bonus. This particular condo has been the best. Very comfortable, well- equipped & organized. Really like the deck, and the trees bordering it. Not having to worry about keys was nice too. We would love to rent it again. The same week next year.

First Time in Fenwick

The three story townhouse we rented for the week provided all we needed and more for an enjoyable stay in Fenwick. This is a class A rental property throughout. In addition the property shares a lovely pool with other townhomes in this development. The balconies and patio are equipped to provide the same level of comfort as we found throughout the unit. We really could not have asked for more.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely week at the beach thanks to Blake’s hospitality. Beautiful place, extremely clean and well-appointed! Great location right off the beach made it super convenient with young children. Blake thought of all the details….things like ziploc bags, trash bags, laundry detergent all well-stocked…little things which made a big difference! There was a really nice beach bag filled with goodies when we arrived too. Everything was comfortable, up-to-date, and made for such a nice beach week for our family. Blake was also helpful and responsive to questions. We hope to return soon!

Long Time Fenwick Visitors

This was our 24th year visiting Fenwick Island and our second stay at the Pink Palace. We love the location of the property for easy access to the beach and the great shopping and restaurants nearby (also having Matteo’s delicious margs and rockfish tacos across the street is a huge plus!!) Blake was very easy to communicate with and the checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. We traveled with 6 adults and an 8 month old baby and were very comfortable in the Pink Palace. We loved the welcome bag and all of the goodies that were waiting for us upon arrival!!

Wonderful location and amazing hosts. The welcome basket/bag was over-the-top. Place was beautifully cleaned, every tiny detail was personalized with special touches for the guests. Superior furnishings from outside balconies to comfy beds and modern ceiling fans. The kitchen was stocked with high end supplies. This doesn’t feel like a rental property. Only thing to mention is the master bathroom water closet shares the water closet with the upstairs bunk room. There is no way to lock the two shared doors for privacy which makes it uncomfortable for sharing the space especially if you’re not family. Locks on the pocket doors would be the solution. Great location, great beach, would most definitely stay again.

Short walk to beach

I loved the amount of space. I loved every level had a balcony. Very well equipped.. Clean. Very nice pool. Liked everything about it. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place on the beach.

Great family beach vacation

My family and I had a great time at the Pink Palace!! We’ve been coming to Fenwick for 20+ years and have stayed at numerous homes. The location was fantastic, short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The welcome basket was such a nice touch! The only issue we had was with the downstairs bedroom- the listing said it was a queen size bed but it was a king so we had to run out and buy and additional set of king size sheets. Other than that, we are super happy with the rental and are hoping to come back!

Beautiful week in Fenwick

We had an absolutely beautiful week at the “pink palace.” The townhouse is beach block and an easy walk to downtown Fenwick. The unit itself is well maintained and nicely appointed. We really appreciated the lovely welcome basket and starter supplies such as TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc…. Also a plus was the new large capacity washer/dryer and extra AC unit in the upper bedroom, which had the added bonus of acting as white noise. The unit was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly want. Please note that you do need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is typical for these beach rentals. Blake was great with communications and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend to others and book again.
