Die Villa Vista ist einzigartig in Puerto Vallarta. Es ist eine freistehende Villa, die sich auf einem privaten Anwesen direkt am Strand befindet und nur drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt ist. Optionen mit zwei, drei und vier Schlafzimmern! Jedes Zimmer, einschließlich der Badezimmer, bietet eine herrliche Aussicht.
Die Preise beinhalten einen Butler und eine Haushälterin. Bereitschaftskoch und Wellnessangebote sind verfügbar. Die Preise von Mai bis Oktober betragen 225 USD pro Zimmer und Nacht bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von drei Nächten. We've been to PV many, many times over the years. It's one of our favorite places. I booked this residence for my awesome mother-in-law and sisters-in-law. Immediately after booking, Kevin was responsive, reached out and answered all my questions. The property did not disappoint. It is in the perfect location overlooking the ocean. Near old town, which is the best part of PV. From the group: The staff greeted us with house made guacamole and margaritas. Went into the living room and found greetings in the sand at the coffee table welcoming us all by name. All the rooms were beautiful! Clean with all the appointments and comforts. The pool was always perfect temperature. Breakfast every morning was a treat! Local fruit and different every day and accommodated every ones diet. Most of all was the staff and how they became part of us but in sink with our routine. They gave us so much privacy but so helpful! The staff really made it a perfect vacation! Everyone was professional and obviously love their work. I felt so spoiled! I am going to recommend to all my friends!

Fabulous and Peaceful Villa

Our 3 generation family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous villa, exactly as advertised. The views were spectacular, right on the beach, with crashing waves and excellent body surfing. The staff went beyond the call in helping us in every way possible, even after we left and needed support on documentation clearance. We did two chef prepared dinners, which were the highlight of our family experience. They did grocery shopping, welcomed us with drinks, arrange airport transfers, and gave excellent recommnedations for a dinner in the town that we woould have never found on our own. Super friendly, wonderful breakfast in their shared beach club area every day. We just cannot say enough about how much we loved the property and our stay. It was in a safe area away from the noise but only a 8 minute taxi ride into the Zapata shopping area. Highly recommend this rental!

Forget the large resorts!!

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. From the house manager to the housekeepers, everyone was as pleasant as possible, accommodating, professional...& without being in the way. They run pvbr like a five star resort...just without the headaches of a large property/resort. Chef meals fantastic and recommendations for activities were spot on. Don’t miss Rythym of The Nights show if you make the trip. Muchas Gracias to the entire staff...we hope to see you again sooner than later! Much love😘

Excellent Location

In town for an event - excellent location, property was clean and comfortable. Could use some upgrades and modernization - but overall will definitely stay here again. The staff was top notch - the food and private chef were off the charts. If you want a nice cozy place to stay right on the beach this is your place.

Loved the staff, location to die for. The homes have amazing views. Only downside is that they're a little outdated...needs some TLC here. The care of the staff was unbeatable and that made our stay so amazing. I'd love to stay n the big property one day! It's gorgeous!

We have been hosting a Charity Horseshoe Tournament in Rincon de Guayabitos for the last 20 years in February> The EL FAMOSO. The tourney is a lot of work and we are exhausted after 10 days of work and want to be pampered! Each year we have been choosing a new location in PV for R&R. We will look no further. Villa Vista is absolutely gorgeous Paradise situated in an intimate setting. So close to town but so Tranquil. If it wasn't for the view you would not know PV was so close. Each room has been designed for ultimate privacy, Vistas and comfort. You will be amazed. The upstairs open aired (although the Hinged glass doors may be closed but why) is well laid out with views in mind. It certainly was designed for entertaining and privacy within the group with its many areas of privacy. The breaking of the waves is Zen like. The staff was incredible. What we liked the most is that you can have as much attention as you want and as little as you want. They seemed to just have that sense. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The first night we requested a private Dinner for 10 that Lenor arranged. The staff did an OUTSTANDING Job. The Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in, including a BBQ. Views from kitchen one wide is a tropical Paradise other side is open aired with Ocean Views. Nice and breezy! Our experience with the Vista Villa was the most amazing Family Trip ever. From Booking with Kevin thru our departure but especially the first class attention from Pancho, Lalo, Lenor, Maids and Staff who treated us like Family Only negative things 1)Writing the review and letting more folks learn of this Hidden Gem 2) The worst of all leaving ;( Thanks again to all who make the Villa Vista Paradise the most incredible family vacation!

Delightful experience from the moment we arrived- until we departed!!

Delightful experience at the lovely Villa Vista. From the time we booked to our arrival and departure- everything was exactly as depicted! We had arranged with Leanor to have groceries delivered prior to our arrival and to have a welcome “Mexican fiesta dinner! When we arrived at puerto Vallarta beach club we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our villa. Pancho was our houseman and Meno was his assistant. A pitcher of perfect margaritas appeared along with guacamole and chips!! We were given a wonderful welcome and introduction to the facilities and villa which included a tour. We were able to choose which bedroom we wanted - from the four available. Our friends who arrived a few hours later were given the same tour and choice. The Mexican Fiesta prepared by a private chef was perfect for the first night at the villa. The villa itself is lovelier than depicted in the photos- perched just above the beach- with a panoramic view of the entire bay! Lovely sitting areas, beautiful dining, and fully stocked kitchen all exposed to the ocean made for the perfect getaway! The plunge pool was lovely in the afternoons with a view of the beach below. The bedrooms were lovely with good mattresses and comfortable linens and pillows. We slept great with the pounding ocean providing the perfect white noise. Each morning Pancho or Meno snuck in and made coffee! Complimentary breakfast was delicious, with fresh squeezed juice, fruit and egg entree. Each day we walked into town, stopping at a local cafe for a coke or beer on Los Muertos beach. Nothing ‘dead’ about this beach!! Great people watching with an assortment of shops. Lots of beach activities including jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, etc ... we all thought it was a fabulous location with real Mexican authenticity! We travel a great deal- and rarely repeat an exact location- but I might be tempted to do a repeat at Villa Vista and the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club!!

Put it on your bucket list

Exactly as promised! Caring and attentive staff, villa was top notch. Short walk to best part of town & beach front restaurants, but could have stayed in villa 24/7 and been happy! No way to match the views. The entire process was smooth -- from first contact with Kevin, to first meeting with Pancho and Leonor ... right up to a very sad goodbye! Looking for windows to make the next trip.

Best week ever!

We loved our week at Villa Romantica! The staff was over the top with their service. Pancho and our chef Rueben were fantastic. Booking with Kevin was a great experience and he was very helpful. Loved the ocean front Villa and the beach area. The week was very relaxing and we felt like Queens. We cannot wait to go back!!! It is beautiful property with delicious food.

Great property and awesome staff!

Celebrated our 25 Wedding Anniversary at this property with 3 other couples. What you see on this site is what you get! Great views, great kitchen, common area, 4 bedrooms, authentic decor, nice bedding and chill pool area. There is maid service every day and you hardly notice they are there. The Housemen Pancho and Meno were amazing in every way. Very polite, at your service kinda of guys with great smiles! They make great margaritas, fixed ladies breakfast every morning while the guys went golfing. The property is a short walk to all the restaurants and tourist shops or they can arrange a taxi to take you to central downtown. This property was easy to book with the property manager Kevin and the concierge Lenore was accommodating to our needs. She arranged transportation, golf and dinner reservations. We enjoyed all the dining she recommended Cafe De Artiste and River Cafe (both upscale) and La Palapa (Short walk right on the beach). To sum it up; my friends thought I made the perfect choice in selecting this property and will be talking about it and all the fun we had for years to come. I will also be reviewing this property on Trip Advisor with photos so check it out.

The One Place That Has It All

My wife and I stayed at the Beach House at Puerto Vallarta Beach Club for two weeks the end of August, 2016. The property is simply amazing. After more than 25 years visiting Puerto Vallarta, I can say with assurance that we have found the best view of the bay and city --- from the patio of the Beach House. A stunning vista of the bay, the city, and the beautiful grounds of this property. The grounds have a wide variety of tropical plants and we enjoyed the bird-watching available from our balcony and patio. The property itself is very well designed with a layout that maximizes the terrain while maintaining virtually total privacy. The Beach House is thoughtfully designed and well-decorated with a tropical/nautical motif. Most importantly, the staff is simply exception. They maintain the property in a terrific condition and are unobtrusively there to meet your every need. A special round of kudos to our houseman Pancho, housekeeper Marisol, and pool man Freddy --- they kept the place immaculate throughout our stay and Pancho simply could not do enough to please us. This is a great experience that we believe that anyone would enjoy.

An Exceptional Experience

We have stayed at Villa Vista twice as an extended family group, the first time at Christmas 2014 and then in February 2016. It is the most wonderful travel experience that you could have! The facilities are marvellous, the staff is outstanding and the location is second to none. You can be pampered as much as you wish and could have a fantastic time without ever leaving the grounds, or a short walk along the beach will take you to all the restaurants, activity and nightlife of the romantic zone. The villas are arranged so that privacy is guaranteed and it is often hard to tell that there is anyone else around other than the incredibly accommodating staff. We had the chef come and cook for us on several occasions and each meal was delightful. This is a fantastic spot to relax, and if you wish to explore the old town and romantic zone with its great selection of restaurants, shops and art galleries, there is not a better location in PV.

PARADISE ONLY 2.5 HOURS AWAY FROM LOS ANGELES!!!!

Recently a few friends and I rented Villa Vista your number #480484, been meaning to write this note for some time. We have rented in Puerto Vallarta several times as it is so close to us in the US. We all agreed that Villa Vista and the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club property is our favorite of all. It’s right on the beach, and we could walk to everything with our own private beach and the most amazing service. When we arrived the house staff greeted us with margaritas and big welcoming smiles. Though the housekeeper didn’t speak much english our house boy, Window, (funny name) , was charming and spoke perfect gringo. Wish we could have such an attentive houseboy at home. We found the villa to be spotless, most comfortable, and more than we expected for the rent we paid. Several nights we took advantage of the on call chef, who does all the shopping and was a delight to have in our kitchen. His dishes were superb, and I am a restaurateur in Los Angeles, I was impressed by his abilities, creativity, flavors, and he was not expensive, We had him three different nights. The villa which is free standing, on a private estate gave us great privacy, as one of our friends is quite a recognizable notable, and he has to have privacy. Yet we were about a 4 minute to walk to all the happenings. One of the outstanding items we all agreed on was that the interiors, were warm, tropical, with flavors of Mexico, the reason we go down there. The previous rentals we’ve looked at felt like generic Miami beach condos. I think anyone that goes to Villa Vista, will be not only very pleased , but overwhelmed with how nice it is, and what a great experience it is. We are all going back in 6 months. "We Felt Like Royalty"

We just stayed at the Beachhouse from 8/23-8/28 and we had to write and tell you what a magnificent experience we had. We have traveled before but never been treated so special as we were this past week. From the moment we arrived we felt like royalty. Pancho took care of us the entire time and made our honeymoon something we will never forget. Whenever we walked around the resort and ran into any of the staff we were greeted with a smile, asked how we were doing, if we needed anything, what we've been up to, very genuine. We enjoyed talking to each and every one of them. We were exhausted from a long wedding week when we arrived and Pancho made us the best margaritas and showed us around the place. After we settled in, we had Alonso cook us a traditional mexican dinner. Being from Texas, we are used to Tex-Mex, but this was different and by far the best chicken tortilla soup we've ever had. We only planned on having him cook one dinner, but we decided to have him cook again for us and he outdid himself. This time it was steak & shrimp......both times Pancho was there to help out and make this a fun, casual and unique experience. The maid service was exceptional as well, as we are just not used to the special treatment that we received each and every day we were there. The facilities were all very classy, LOVED the way the beachhouse was decorated with the art work. Our entire vacation in Puerto Vallarta was perfect and it all started from the moment we arrived and we wanted to tell you THANK YOU and we'll be back. Scott & Brittany Gilbert

Exceptional villa in the most sought after location, on the beach with your own private pool!

When I first booked the reservation at Puerto Vallarta Beach Club, I assumed that it would be a nice vacation spot. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the property and the staff. It far, far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond your typical service oriented hotel. The staff was remarkable! Every need that we could have possible had was taken care of in a quick and responsive manner. Our entire party was treated like VIP’s the entire week long. We were pampered! Our houseman was meticulous in caring for us and our wishes and was available every moment of the trip. The on call chef was exceptional and catered to our wish for light meals that were presented as if they were from a five star restaurant. The attention to detail was remarkable. The staffs only thought was to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves! The villa itself was beautiful. Each room was beautifully decorated with local canvas art work. The views from the villa overlooking the ocean and Los Muertes beach were stunning! Sunsets from every room! The location was a five minute walk to the town area and a short walk down the beach to some very nice restaurants. The property itself was lush and tropical and professional designed. Absolutely beautiful! The vegetation is planted in such a way that it gives privacy to each villa. The villas are so well landscaped that they are hidden from each other. Absolutely fabulous! I can not say enough about the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club Villas. I have been all around the world and have stayed at some nice places. This ranks at the top of the list of places to make a repeat visit. I am already looking forward to next year when I can return to this fantastic place.
