Die VILLA FRANCISCO ist das Schwesterhotel unserer anderen 5-Sterne-Unterkunft. VILLA SANTA FE # 772040 und Alta Vista, unsere neueste 3-Schlafzimmer-3-Bad-Einheit # 1221639, befinden sich 1/3 Meile südlich der etablierten Altstadt von Puerto Vallarta. Die Villa befindet sich in bester Lage und bietet Blick auf die gesamte Bucht, die Stadt, den Dschungel und die Strände. Wir sind nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt oder 3 Minuten mit dem Taxi entfernt. Wir sind umgeben von privaten Gärten und Dschungel. Das Anwesen ist geschlossen, privat und sicher. Die Villa liegt direkt über dem Strand von Los Muertos, dem beliebtesten Strand in Puerto Vallarta. Wir sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Blue Chairs oder Manta Mar Resorts. Wir befinden uns in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Märkten und dem Malecon und bieten unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge und nächtliche Feuerwerke vom Piratenschiff Maragalante. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert. Vier Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad und Dusche und 3 mit Marmorwannen. Eine Master-Suite verfügt über eine übergroße Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine Dusche, zwei Waschbecken, einen romantischen Garten und eine Außendusche. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, muss sich aber das Bad mit einem anderen Schlafzimmer teilen. In den Schlafzimmern finden Sie auch Safes für Ihre Wertsachen. Der Poolbereich umfasst einen großen Infinity-Pool, eine Palapa-Bar mit großem Edelstahl-Grill, eine Wet-Bar und Chaiselongues. Wir haben auch WIFI und ein Bluetooth-Soundsystem. Simply Unforgettable Experience

You’ll fall in love with Villa Francisco. Tucked up above the Zona Romantica, you’ll have a bird’s eye view of all Puerto Vallarta has to offer as you sip homemade margaritas in the infinity pool. I was mesmerized from the first moment my group met Toni, the villa’s concierge, at the door. We were offered a full tour with fresh margaritas waiting for us at the poolside bar. Toni was kind, accommodating, and cheerful. Chef Tina became the group’s MVP for the week. The breakfasts were delicious, filling, and just what you need to start your day at the beach, shopping, or laying poolside. If you choose dinner service, and you should opt for the dinners, Tina’s listed special’s are a special experience all their own. The Paella, Fresh Mahi Mahi, and Coconut Shrimp were group favorites and beautifully prepared, with delicious fresh sauces to accompany the mains. You might comeback just for Tina’s meals.The staff were polite and respectful. The massage and facial services were top notch. We suggest enjoying the spa services on the shaded outdoor deck.Accessing this property may be challenging given the steep incline of the drive way up to the villa. Our crew made light of it and used it as a daily workout; but ensure you rent a vehicle or call a ride that can make it up the drive way. We had several taxis that could not manage the climb with their vehicle. But once you enjoy the villa, you may never want to leave.

Amazing!!

Eight of my close friends and I stayed here for my birthday at the end of March. Toni, the concierge, made sure everything we requested was there for us when we arrived. The location of the house makes for some beautiful sunsets looking out over the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience! I'd love to stay here again!

An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Villa Franscisco

Our family of six adults and four children recently enjoyed an incredible vacation at Villa Franscisco, and it was even more beautiful and spacious than we had imagined! The warm pool, stunning outdoor living area, and the dazzling art throughout the house created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.The primary suite on the top level offered breathtaking 180-degree views of the bay and the lush jungle surrounding the property. We particularly loved the outdoor shower nestled in a lovely garden area – a truly unique experience!Toni and Richard were exceptionally helpful and responsive both before and during our visit, making our stay seamless. A special shout-out to Chef Tina and her kitchen crew, who prepared delicious meals served with beautiful table settings. Tina's personable approach and the team's dedication truly enhanced our experience.All housekeeping, dishwashing, and laundry were taken care of, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We explored the Romantic Zone and beyond daily. While the steep, curved driveway and numerous steps to the beach and shops provided a workout, it was absolutely worth the effort, as all but one of us was able to enjoy exploring Puerto Vallarta.. We all agreed that we wholeheartedly recommend Villa Franscisco!

Great Private Location in PV!

House is even more impressive in person! If you want to vacation like the Housewives of Beverly Hills this is it. Tina and the staff was wonderful, food was great. Views are unparalleled. Short walk down to beach, Blue Chairs, Mantamar or town. We will definitely be back.

Incredible spacious villa with outstanding staff

A group of 10 of our friends stayed here for the past 5 days and it was incredible from start to finish. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff greeted us with appetizers and the owner, Richard, even prepared and served us welcome cocktails himself and chatted with us. Tina, the cook, was phenomenal and accomodated two events in which we hosted a large group of 20-30 people for a pool party and then dinner. We had breakfast served every day, and while we could have asked them to serve either lunch or dinner as well, we often ate out. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again !

Great stay!

The property was really nice, lots of space, infinity pool, great staff that cooked immediate meals! House is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and house is at the top of a very steep hill that cabs struggle to get to and difficult to walk up. Rooms have a/c and really nice but living room does not and could get humid at times. Overall house was really nice and accommodated 8 people easily.

Unbelieveable views and service

Tina, Richard, Toni, Mari and Tofu treated us like royalty. Everything we asked for, we got. When we has a shower drain issue, they immediately fixed it. Any travel arrangements or activities needed, they arranged. Its like the best resort and the best concierge! Oceanview was wonderful, food was great, pool was perfection! Wish we were still there!

Simply perfect.

A stay here is absolute perfection. The Villa is beautiful and grand, huge living spaces where you can gather for drinks and food. The view is breathtaking and Los Muertos beach below is equally wonderful with a great atmosphere and food. But the 5 stars overwhelmingly goes to Tina and her team who cooked us breakfast every day and dinner most nights and surpassed our expectations, the most enormous mahi mahi, coconut prawns, fragrant rice served in coconut shells,refried beans, steak and chicken fajitas, fried plantain...the list goes on. Amazing 5oth Birthday Celebration

I cant say enough about the exceptional service at Villa Francisco. Richard & Tina couldn't be lovelier and more welcoming. The food Tina prepared for us daily was in a word "yummy". She is truly a gem and her different styles of cooking were all amazing. From Italian to Seafood and of course Mexican, Everything was expertly prepared and artfully arranged and served. The maid service was thorough and yet our privacy was always considered. The little touches and extra service are obvious and we all felt pampered during our entire stay. My friends and I cant wait to go back! Villa Francisco and Puerto Vallarta will forever be at the top of my list of "Best Vacations" Thank you again Richard, Tina and your entire amazing staff.

Great Time at Villa Francisco

Villa Francisco is a fabulous place for a stay in Puerto Vallarta. We were there with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the pool with gorgeous views and the top-notch accommodations. Best of all is the staff who are always available to take care of anything you might need. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged and handled perfectly. Chef Tina and her staff cooked us two fantastic dinners at the villa and wonderful breakfasts every morning. One comment I would make is that three of the bedrooms faced the ocean and were quite luxurious. The two bedrooms in the back were much smaller and shared a bathroom. This arrangement would be fine for kids but wasn't ideal for adults. The road up from the main highway is very steep and challenging on foot or even for some cars but it can be done and adds to the adventure.

Amazing house, pool, meals and hospitality

We did not know what to expect when we made the reservation but the villa is exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO. It is a beautiful place and a great location for a family vacation. Upon arrival we were greeted by Richard and his welcome margarita reception, followed by a most delicious chicken enchilada dinner. This was an ideal venue in which to celebrate our parents' anniversary. The festivities included a superb dinner prepared by chef Tina and her staff, the wonderful anniversary cake, the surprise visit by the mariachi quintet and the piñata. We were all very impressed by the villa itself, the scenery, the outdoor living room and pool (always refreshing) and the memorable, delicious, and visually impressive breakfasts and dinners. We have tried to make the breakfast smoothies at home but Tina's and Anna’s are much better. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the scenery while eating breakfast. We took advantage of the walking/running opportunities on the beach and the Malecon. All in all, it was a memorable vacation for the entire family and we owe a deep debt of gratitude to Richard, Tonie, Tina, Anna, Krisla and Jose for their roles in contributing to a great week. Best Villa Ever!

• Our stay at Villa Francisco was incredible and could not have been better. Upon arrival we were stunned, the Villa had enormous views of the city, bay, ocean, and jungle – the view at sunset was especially breathtaking. The website pictures don’t do the Villa justice (and they are excellent), it is one of the nicest properties I have stayed. Our jaws were on the floor when we walked in, the place really is first class. The top floor master bedroom is gigantic – the walk in closet is huge itself. The other bedrooms are a very nice with king size beds and balconies and would be considered a suite by most standards. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our every need was met. We had a party of 7 and stayed for a week. Day after day they worked hard to ensure the place was kept spotless, our laundry was done, any supplies were fetched, the pool was cleaned…and last but not least the meals were prepared and presented beautifully by Tina who was so very gracious and kind – we all wanted to take her home with us. Anything we asked for we got, the entire staff was truly amazing. I would highly recommend Villa Francisco to anyone and look forward to going back.

Stay During December 27 - January 3rd

The concierge Toni was really bad. I had to contact VRBO a number of times to get check in information. The link she sent to get into the gate did not work and we had to be let into the gate by other people staying at the property. Once we had checked in she never once checked to see if anything was needed or if she could arrange any tours or messages. The WFI and and Tv was not available the entire 7 day stay. We were told that it was being worked on by the cable company but we never saw anyone on the property working on it. Only when we contacted VRBO did the owner Richard come by on the 2nd day to tell us it was being worked on. The surrounding properties all had WIFI and TV, just not this property. I had read the reviews and did notice that a lot of comments were made about the long, steep, narrow, winding driveway to the property. We did not have any family members with a disability so we did not think it would be an issue. Warning - some taxi cabs refused to drive up to the property due to this. The cook Tina was great, the meals she served were wonderful. This was the only reason I gave it any stars at all.

Good as a 3 bedroom with on suites with great location and a nice pool

The location of the home is excellent with great views and close to town but be warned that it is up a steep driveway that not every car can go up and is a challenging walk if you are not physically fit. The house has 3 true bedrooms that can count as master bedrooms, and an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that is behind the laundry room and through another sleeping area. The additional bedroom with ensuite is not equivalent to the other 3 bedrooms. None of the rooms had shades and the general upkeep of some of the house could use better maintenance such as the grout in the showers, the jacuzzi tub in the main primary bedroom (hammering noise when the water was on), the in room safes (only in 3 of the rooms and operated with keys only) and some of the outdoor seating. The wifi was not reliable with more than a few devices on it at a time. The cleaning/maid services were very good and the home was kept clean with great laundry service. The chef service was not to our liking and thus we canceled it part way through the trip. There was drama with the owners around canceling the chef service that made us feel threatened and we are still working to resolve this.

Incredible - It really was.

Before I start I want to say I usually ignore reviews that seem too over the top or over praise the property...and now I'm going to over praise this place and write something over the top. Knowing how the internet and photographs work I was fully prepared for the property not to live up to the pictures and for the first time every the place actually exceeded the images. All the rooms are huge, the place is huge, the view is really amazing and so is the pool. (god I love that pool) Ten people slept very comfortably. The property is close to town. It's a 10 min walk down the driveway/hill but you end up right at the beach and right in town. All the rooms were huge with beautiful bathrooms and plenty of space to put your clothes away. A word on the "attached unit", it is part of the house and is a room of it's own but has stairs going to the kitchen. Still very comfortable. May be best suited for kids but it worked for our 10 adult group. And now the staff...the chef Tina is a miracle worker, a delight and huge reason why we loved this vacation so much. I offered to take her home in my luggage a number of times but she wasn't interested. The food was AMAZING (yes, all caps). We had some foodies in our group, serious foodies, and this exceeded even their expectations and appeased their palates. I can't say enough, and aside from the food, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and add too many personal touches to name. The rest of the staff worked behind the scenes to clean our place and our stuff. It was better than a hotel. Richard was wonderful to work with. He has done a fantastic job here and we will definitely be back. Definitely.

Unrivaled Attention To Detail

As a professional event planner, my job is to ask the tough questions so that my guests’ experience matches my pursuit for perfection. Now that my wife and I were planning to host a couples getaway, I needed to ask some tough questions as we couldn’t let our friends down. After each call and email to Richard, I would receive the same message “You need not worry about a thing". While I had read the great reviews, I was a bit suspicious but at some point, I had to submit and hope for the best. My trepidation disappeared immediately upon arriving at Villa Francisco and being greeted by his concierge, Toni. Prior to our arrival, Toni had graciously and efficiently assisted us with our arrival transfers, restaurant recommendations, transportation to our golf outings and stocking the Villa with all our requested favorite foods and beverages. After meeting Toni and taking a quick look inside, we realized it looked every bit as good as the photos. It was immaculate with beautiful furnishings and was exactly as we had hoped as we toured the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and pool area. At that point, we were greeted by Chef Tina, the head chef who chatted with us about our meal selections for the week. We gave her some ideas and she offered up some house specialties and we decided on a plan for the week. After our guests all arrived, we settled into the pool and outdoor cabana for margaritas and appetizers, hosted by Richard. You could tell how proud he was of his Villa and it was a great way for him to meet all our guests before he disappeared for the week so we could be on our own. Dinner that night put all our culinary worries to rest. Chef Tina and her team put together an absolutely amazing meal and little did we know that each and every meal they prepared would be better than the last, all featuring fresh local ingredients artfully prepared to match the finest big city restaurant. Whether it was their handmade ravioli, pre-golf breakfast burritos, surf and turf or our Mexican fiesta, it was just perfect. However, it is worth noting that the highlight of our dining experience was the presentation of a whole 11-pound red snapper cooked to perfection. During our stay, all of our needs were happily accommodated. From runs to the store to washing our laundry, every detail was covered. So, while I will continue to ask all the hard questions, I have already booked a return engagement and Richard can rest easy knowing I won't ask any more questions!

You're gonna Love it!!!

This Place is simply AMAZING… We searched far and wide for location, value and space to make our wedding dreams come true. Villa Francisco delivered…and so much more!! When we first stepped through the incredible glass doors to the house, we literally gasped. My first thought was “The pictures do NOT do this place justice.” I had far more than a thousand words as we walked into the main living area alone. The modern lines and tasteful contemporary furniture was just right for the space…not too much, yet enough to keep you finding something new and exciting in the decor every day. Flowing stairways and views of the ocean were only topped by the amazing pool with the infinity edge, where you can cool off both day and night and look out over the city (where we saw fireworks EVERY night below us). On our first day, the owner and his concierge were there to meet us to show us around. We (just two of us at the time) were treated to a Frozen Margarita and some chips while the staff was putting together our first meal of the week. The house was filled with wonderful scents…florals from outside, incredible spices inside, and starfruit almost within reach from a tree growing on the hill below. THIS IS HEAVEN. That heavenly theme played out every day for us. Our other guests arrived a few days later. They all expressed that they were equally impressed and quickly fell in love with the house, the wonderful staff, and Tina…our Chef. Tina was simply the star of our stay. She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of and that nothing was left as second rate. Accompanying her, was Alex (her young apprentice) and Juanita, the “do it all” queen of the house (because calling her anything else just doesn't cover everything she does for you...you'll understand if you find you need anything. Just ask her to get it). With a team like that, we were left to enjoy our time there without a care, or a single worry. On our wedding day, Tina led the staff in preparing everything: from seating and feeding over 30 people (including my mother...a chef herself) and creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and festive. We couldn’t have been happier in the end. After while, we realized that this place wasn’t awesome because it LOOKS like a 5-Star Place…its because it’s staffed by 5-Star people: Friendly and caring. All of our friends and family were amazed by the place. You’re gonna LOVE IT!!! We Promise!!!!
