The property was beautiful, but the property management left a lot to be desired. Obviously a newer owner in first year, which i usually try to be more understanding about, however they did the right thing and got a property mgmt company, Sota, so my bar is raised & they fell short. If the owner changes companies & properly stocks the house i would probably consider staying here again in a couple years because the view is nice & the 5 yr old house is absolutely gorgeous.What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, but the expert photographer did a little too well hiding what isn't there. All TVs are in the common area, which is ok but a little unexpected for the space, some bedrooms have empty wall mounts - which makes it feel lacking. Some extra seating and non-food table space would be nice to put drinks or do a puzzle, but it's new so that's OK.The dishes looked clean at a glance, but many were obviously not at closer look, so we had to wash most of the dishes by hand at first because no detergent was provided for dw, we had to buy our own. There were only table knives, no kitchen knives, spatula, etc. K-cups were premium variety, but no condiments even s&p. Pan handles conduct heat from the gas stove set to medium low. Fridge rang after closing doors, likely due to change filter light. Broken door handle and door reportedly from previous tenant - maybe but hopefully next review will see if that changes. Wifi wrong. Sota took 24 hours to reply to many msgs
