You will savor the large, full-size kitchen, the beautiful lake views and the inviting, warm ambiance that greets you as soon as you walk through the door. The open, spacious living room is the perfect place to gather with friends and family after a day at the beach or a night out on the town. Come in from the cold after some winter fun and warm up next to the cozy fireplace. Curl up on the scrumptious, giant couch and watch a movie. This immaculate, modern, welcoming vacation rental will make you feel like you've left the world behind - and wish you never had to leave! There's simply nothing else like in the Detroit Lakes area.

Pets are not allowed without written approval and must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If written approval is not obtained and you come with a pet you are subject to a $1000 fine and you will be made to leave with no refund. Approval is at the sole discretion of the owner and pet fees apply. If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
