The family favorite of this home is the rear porch that overlooks the best Seaside secret, Roswalk park that is shaded in beautiful climbing trees and is the perfect location for the little ones to play in the afternoon. The open air porch offers outdoor dining for four and an additional Adirondack seating for two! This is the perfect location to enjoy dining al fresco or your morning coffee in a serene shaded setting.

Park at the front of the cottage with designated parking for one and you enter into the well thought out and renovated kitchen. This kitchen has custom built in cabinets, plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals at home, a four burner electrical stove top, a mounted microwave, full size fridge, and more. Off the kitchen is the combined open dining and living area. The living area features a custom built in dinign banquet that comfortably seats five to six, perfect for young familes. The adjacent open living room is complete with designer furnishings throughout, with two club chairs, a comfortable sofa, and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in!

Downstairs are the two bedrooms. The first is a queen with a hanging closet, luggage rack, mounted reading light, built in nightstand shelves and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom down is a double over double bunk bed perfect for young families with a small closet. Off the two bedrooms down is a renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

In the bonus upper loft is a king bed with beautiful white designer linens and a half bath. There is a private Juliette balcony off the king overlooking the town, which provides views as well as enchanting sounds of the Gulf! This home has an incredible location just two houses to the private residential Seaside beach access at Tupelo Pavilion only 417 feet away or a 2 minute walk. And only a 5 minute walk to downtown Central Square and the Seaside Amphitheater were you can walk to over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door!
