The one-bedroom residence offers a peaceful escape framed by natural textures and ocean breezes. Designed for couples or solo travelers, it features open living areas, a modern kitchen, and a private terrace ideal for morning coffee or sunset reflection.

• A full-size sleeper sofa perfect for 1 adult or 2 children
• Spacious 1,036 ft² (96.25 m²) of living space.

• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include TV, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• The 1 Hotel charges a $66.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
