Great Stay

My wife and I were happy with the location, views, and attention to details. The rental team was available and able to accomplish all requests we had. They helped us arrange a private driver named Eric for Copa America. He was outstanding. We would stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations

I would highly recommend the ocean view penthouse at the W Residence. The studio was spacious, clean and had a breathtaking view of Miami Beach. It was the perfect getaway. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach were professional and willing to assist with all our needs.

As pretty as the pictures

Gorgeous studio in a beautiful hotel, view is amazing. Responsive owners. Great pool area and friendly staff. Go to the "residences" check in area, not the hotel check in. Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants, Espanola Way. The beachwalk is directly out the door, 2.5 miles to the pier, 5 mile roundtrip walk / run. Tons of people watching everywhere. Super fun trip and highly recommend this VRBO.

Outstanding

Staff at W Residences is wonderful. Seamless check in and welcome bottle of Champagne in our room. Room immaculate. Great space, tall ceilings, beautiful view and big balcony overlooking the beach. We are renting this very room again.

Overall good experience

I received late communication the unit I booked wouldn’t be available, which was a bummer. I was then upgraded to a larger unit, which was absolutely stunning. The unit was comfortable and clean, with full amenities. The construction outside was AWFUL. The drilling started bright and early every single day. Overall I would book the property again atleast a year from now in hopes the construction would be complete.

BEWARE of this property not worth the hassle or money !!

We checked in June 7th mid-afternoon. The next morning we had a few issues, there was no washer/dryer in the unit or laundry facility, as stated in the amenities and description, our pillow's had very bad BO and the shelf was broken in the shower (didn't want to be blamed). We messaged the team manager, and proceeded to go to breakfast, we were walking past the concierge desk for the residences (for the hotel) and decided to stop in person to inquire about the laundry. We were informed that we had no laundry or facilities, and this was a scam many property owners implemented to get more customers, once people arrive and discover this they simply say our apologies it must be a mistake. Reasonably upset by this as we were staying 9 days with no way to wash our clothes. I texted the management team and received a call from Juan, I explained what we were told earlier, he became irate, telling me to shut up, there was no scam, they had never told me there was a laundry facility. I texted him screen shots of the property description, he got angrier at me, telling me where are you we will settle this face to face, the concierge at the hotel is an idiot and doesn't know what he is talking about. I said you shouldn't be speaking to me in such an aggressive manner, I am hanging up I can't continue this conversation. We checked out that day ! They are refusing to reimburse us. VRBO are resolving the matter for us. Horrible management team, property is run down, but nice view.
