This place is amazing! From the room to the balcony view. Simply astonishing! If I had any issues my host was on it immediately. Great communication! The amenities at the resort was great. From the pool to the beach you cant beat this place. The valet was always on time when I needed my car and so polite. Highly recommend staying here. I will be back!

The view from this unit is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the sunrises and also the city at night from the huge balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach and made the check in and out process seamless. Our only issue was a lack of hot water our last 2 days due to a problem in the building. Will definitely stay again!

Breathtaking view and great area

Our weekend trip to this stay was as advertised. The view was amazing. And the Condo was as advertised. We had a small issue with checkin and cleaning service but it was resolved quickly. Great area, good beach access. Good pool for relaxation. Only recommendation I would have is some of the unit needs a little remodeling but it really is a great unit. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Stay

My family of 3 just spent a long weekend at this fantastic property. The unit was very spacious, private, and clean. The wrap around balcony and views from every window were absolutely amazing! Definitely a wow factor when first walking in. Easy check in and access to the beach and resort amenities. Comfy beds and enough paper products and toiletries to last several days. Resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the valet parking was on point. Will 100% stay at this property again. Great value for the money! The elevator can get busy, but being on the 40th floor meant that we were always the first stop on the way down! Pictures were a very accurate representation of the unit.

Great Two-Day Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very comfortable and the views are awesome. I emailed the manager just to let her know about a couple of small things and she responded very quickly. I'm not a big fan of valet parking but I must say the system they have here works very well. There is one elevator for this portion of the building so be prepared for a bit of a wait sometimes. Also, I learned the hard way that when you go out into the hallway where you have to drop the trash, the hallway door locks behind you. At that point there seems to be no way but all the way down and back up. This may not make sense until you see it but have a plan. :) All in all, great stay and we would stay here again.

Pictures Need Updating. Definitely NOT as modern as the pictures!! Place was Filthy!!

Well, when we went through the check-in Extra Resort Fee’s/Extra Parking Fee’s Slow and long elevator ride, I Noticed that you needed a door code that was never given. Immediately walking through the door we noticed where the lock was, was cracked pretty bad. As we walked through the place, noticed the scuffed up, and dirty walls/baseboards/floors. The furniture is Old and NOTHING like their pictures!! I pulled out the bedside drawer to put a couple of things away and noticed some gunk on the drawer(I did Not want to put anything in the drawer because of it!!). I text pictures and videos to the property manager. She said she’d get someone over in the morning to clean. I gave her a 6 HOUR window for them to come clean while we were on a Fishing excursion. Supposedly someone came by to clean during those 6 hours (Which the baseboards/walls/floor/drawer was in the same condition. NOTHING was cleaned) Finally, someone showed up, To “Triple Check” 2 hours AFTER they said someone would be by(after the 6hr window)… But by then we were tired and ready to take showers. Paying over $2,000 for 3 nights and you’re sleeping next to Dirty/Hairy/Filthy baseboards Wasn’t Right!! All Management would Do is pay the “Cleaning Fee” of $150!! They wouldn’t even take care of the Management Fee, Even though it’s Not Being Properly Managed!!! Sad, I spent more time taking pictures of ALL the scratched and dented furniture, Digged up walls, and Filthy baseboards/floors, ETC instead of the view!!

Amazing views right on the Beach

We stayed in apt 4002 at Hyde resorts directly on the beach - 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We loved the apartment - the view was AMAZING- and we never grew tired of it. I woke up early every morning and sat on the couch just to watch the sunrise! The layout of the apartment was very convenient with a great "parent section" with a hallway, bathroom and bedroom reserved for us, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a walk-in closet for the kids, and it had all the equipment and kitchen utensils etc. that we needed, including a washer and drier. The beds were large and comfortable, and I enjoyed having a lovely bathtub in the flat :-) The balcony had a good size and had chairs and a small table which made it a great place to relax in the afternoon. The pool area was really nice, and we used the fitness center several times and found it to be very good for our needs. All in all, we were really happy with our stay, and how quickly Laure responded whenever we had a question. If I could suggest a couple of improvements, it would be to upgrade the flooring in the area where a section is a little bit damaged (not very noticeable at all) as well as parts of the furniture - that would take this wonderful apartment up yet another notch in my view! I notice many have had issues with the elevator, we had to wait a few times as well but never more than 5-6 mins, so it was doable. The valet service offered by HYDE was not cheap at 35 dollars but worked perfectly every time so recommend that if you have a car! We hope to be able to stay in this beautiful property again, it was a pleasure to visit!

Beautiful Location

Photos of unit were not totally accurate. As a customer, I expect to see exactly what I see in the photos when I arrive. The is the key reason I pick the place. Accurate photos are critical. Had some issues, but they were resolved for the most part. Stunning views! I would recommend.
