The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. You will find this space fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and all your basic essentials. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on your private balcony patio. Our enhanced coffee bar provides you with several brewing options - drip coffee, French press, or pour over along with complimentary coffee grounds, creamer and sugar. * PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard, however the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*STAIRS REQUIRED - this loft style unit is three stories with bedrooms on the third floor.
*PARKING - Guests have access to a 1-car garage as well as two driveway spaces.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
*SMOKING is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs inside the home.
