Step into this fully remodeled coastal home designed for you to just show up and relax- what a beach vacation should be! Ascend the staircase from the carport to the front porch and the front door. The bright, open main level features sweeping windows, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a king bedroom with a full bath with a walk-in shower. Access your own favorite streaming services on the 50” smart TV. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 8. The first bedroom is just off the kitchen, with a luxurious king bed. A full bath with modern tile shower is right outside this bedroom, along with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer.

Walk upstairs and you’ll discover 2 spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The deck off the rear bedroom offers glimpses of the ocean and view of the majestic Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Outside you’ll find the hot tub (open year round) outdoor shower, a park-style charcoal grill, and a Level 2 EV charger in the carport that fits J1772 and Tesla hookups. Walk into the fully fenced-in yard to find a picnic table and wood-burning firepit.

Pet Policy
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $125 non-refundable fee. This fee does not include waste pick up. We ask you to please clean up after your pet – there are waste bags in the backyard for easy clean up. Any waste left in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge of $75. Dogs must be:

-Up to date on flea/tick prevention
-Well-behaved and house-trained
-Kept off all furniture

Additional Details
-Security: One exterior camera is installed facing the driveway/street for the safety of our guests and property.
-Smart lock entry: code provided before check-in, auto-activates/expiries at check-out

The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker.

We provide linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play are also available.

There is a park- style outdoor charcoal grill for when you just want to chill and grill at the house.
