We had a great stay. I would highly recommend this home. The living space and kitchen are laid out nicely so that when you are cooking you can still see and hear whats going on in the living room. The island in the kitchen is great. I would recommend taking extra bathroom linens and toilet paper.We would definitely go back here.

Great house with a great location close to beach and belmar activities/bars and restaurants. Stayed with 5 friends and the house and amenities were perfect for a friends weekend getaway. Definitely would book here again!

Great House, Great location.

My friends and I stayed for 4th of July weekend and the house was amazing. Walking distance to everything, very clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay again.

Great House, Great Location

Our young family loved our stay at this place, location was perfect for us to walk to the beach. The home was extremely clean, well kept and beachy & the owners were generous with our time there & the beach amenities (locker & beach passes). We would stay here again for sure.

Great Stay

We had a great stay over fourth of July week! We hopefully plan to rent it out again. It is a very tight street and tight driveway, but we managed once people left after the fourth of July weekend.

Great spot, nice private yard

House was very clean, pictures are totally accurate, and the owner was responsive when we reached out with a minor/simple question. Plenty of room and the yard was really nice. Enjoyed some coffee in the morning out there and it was really pleasant. Great place to stay!

Perfect house for the summer

The location is great right near Joe's and minutes from the beach. House is spacious with great bedrooms and plenty of showers. Also, the bikes, beach tags, and beach locker were an added benefit. Really enjoyed the backyard perfect for grilling out.

The property was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans ect for making meals. The dishwasher was quiet so that it did not bother us when watching TV in the evening. It was great having the locker at the beach so we did not have to drag everything back and forth. The beds were comfortable. Would defiantly stay again. Great location!

Just right!

As stated in my title it was just right. I couldn't ask for anything better for my family of 4 and 2 inlaws. Home has a open floor plan on lower level for entertainment and fully stocked kitchen. Excellent for our 2 night stay.

Basically clean and comfortable with a great layout, especially for families. Great location near the lake and easy access to Main St. as well as Belmar and Spring Lake boardwalks. We used only 1 of the 3 bedrooms/baths. The kitchen was very well equipped, the king bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. The street is divided and narrow, the driveway will accommodate 2 mid-size vehicles. The cleaning service missed a few spots (ex: bathroom exhaust fans haven't seen a cleaning in a while) but overall we were happy with our stay, especially given the reasonable off-season price.

Lake Como is Gorgeous

The place was well sized, well-appointed and the host is SO SWEET and communicative. He helped out with bringing some casserole dishes and bakeware for the holiday, even though this is a beach rental! He went out of his way to help and I appreciated that so much.
