The Gated back yard with patio has a BBQ seasonally where you can enjoy privacy & sun during your stay. From 5/01/to 10/01
The Patio furniture comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
Picnic seats 8 comfortably & there is an umbrella as well.
There is a 10 PM loud noise ordinance !!
Please, we love to host all kinds of travelers, however
No loud parties, NO subletting,
NO pets,
No smoking of any kind in the house,
There are ash cans/containers on the side & in front of the house.
