The Space:

Here, the rhythm of Reunion blends calm pathways with easy access to Orlando’s top attractions, giving you a comfortable home base for every adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom combines a bunk bed with a full bed, providing flexible space for families or groups. Two full bathrooms and a half‑bath ensure convenience for everyone.



Outdoor living

Step onto the back patio and you’re faced with the community pool just beyond the rail, perfect for a quick dip or a leisurely lounge. The gated community’s shared pathways and nearby golf cart crossings add a resort‑like feel, while the patio’s open layout invites morning coffee or evening conversation under the Florida sky.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas give you room to gather around a table for breakfast before heading to Disney, or to enjoy a relaxed dinner after a day at Universal or SeaWorld.



Comfort & convenience

The living area is arranged for group time, with a TV for winding down after a full day of exploration. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essential bathroom supplies keep the home comfortable year‑round. A free washer and dryer, reliable Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or catch up on a few tasks.



Neighborhood

Reunion’s gated setting offers slow‑speed roads, walkable paths, and a community atmosphere where many residents live year‑round. Just beyond the back gate you’ll find a variety of dining options and local attractions such as water parks, an alligator farm, and airboat rides. The location places you close to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and other Orlando highlights while providing a peaceful retreat to return to each evening.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



A car is recommended to explore Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Reunion is near major highways (I-4), providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
