25 Red Maple ist ein wunderschönes charmantes klassisches Sea Pines Haus, das komplett renoviert wurde. Dieses Haus liegt am Ende einer Cul De Sac Straße, ganz in der Nähe des Plantation Golf Clubs, der Heimat von Heron Point von Pete Dye und Atlantic Dunes ist. Wenn Sie Sea Pines kennen, dann wissen Sie, dass dies so zentral wie möglich ist. Nehmen Sie den Radweg zum Plantation Golf Club (ca. 3 min Fahrzeit), der Sea Pines Beach Club und der Zugang zum Strand ist nur noch 3 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Wenn Sie in den Norden gehen, haben Sie die Ställe und Streichelzoo etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und wenn Sie weiter nach Westen haben Sie Harbour Town ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad weiter fahren. Alles, was Sea Pines zu bieten hat, ist von diesem Haus aus nicht weit entfernt. Es ist sehr schön und sehr schön.

Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, werden Sie mit einem großen offenen Wohnzimmer begrüßt, das mit dem Esszimmer und einer Glaswand zum Patio und Golfplatz verbunden ist. Es fühlt sich so luftig und einladend an. Sie spüren, wie sich der Druck des Lebens auflöst, wenn Sie dieses wundervolle Zuhause betreten.

Von dort können Sie nach links abbiegen und in einen zusätzlichen Wohnraum mit einem Spieltisch, einem Fernseher und einem ausziehbaren Sofa mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Swimmingpool gehen. Hinter diesem Raum ist das ausgedehnte und herrliche Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem großen Vorlagenbad.

Zurück zum Foyer / Eingang und zu Ihrer Rechten ist komplett komplett ausgestattete Küche in der Küche umgebaut. Dann haben Sie 2 wunderschöne große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Flachbild-TV. Eines mit 2 Einzelbetten und eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem gemeinsamen großen Doppelwaschtisch geteilt.

Aus dem Wohnzimmer auf der Terrasse finden Sie das 2. Fairway von Heron Point. Ein paar Stufen hinauf und Sie haben eine wunderbare Terrasse und Pool-Bereich, die sehr offen sind, aber sehr privat wegen der Gestaltung der Landschaft.

Great place. Plenty of room. Impossible to keep the pool clean with the over hanging tree. Had to clean it & sweep around it everyday, multiple times per day. Other than that, it was beautiful and spacious.

GREAT location to get to the beach (5 min bike ride). Kitchen was appointed with great appliances, and we enjoyed grilling one night. Have dinner at the Plantation Club—you won’t be disappointed! The house is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large family room with plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas for the whole family to relax together.The only drawbacks were the trash service — one trash bin was not enough for a large family — and the pool cleaning. During our entire week-long stay, the pool was not cleaned even once.Overall, we highly recommend this house and are already planning to stay here again next summer!

Great Property and Location

The house and location were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the bike/ leisure trails and loved the great view of Heron Point golf course. The property is nicely secluded but very close to the beach club and Harbor Town. We'd certainly rent here again.

Very nice rental in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was in a great location on Heron Point next to bike path, quick ride to clubhouse and the beach. Kitchen, laundry and baths all redone. Pool area private. Furniture and decor throughout was new. Overall very nice property. Only issues were the Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house so the kids rooms were freezing because we had to run the air more to cool the master. Also the landscapers came the last 3 days we were there and sprayed weeds, trimmed bushes and laid pine needles. This was in addition to the 2 times they mowed and fertilized. Unfortunately it was always when we were either using the pool or trying to go out. And we had dogs so we had to keep avoiding the yard.

Winter getaway

We loved our 35 nights on Red Maple road! The house was recently remodeled and perfect for us, our Goldendoodle, and our daughters’ family when they came for a week. We liked it so much that on our 3rd day we reserved again for next year! We have been coming to HHI for 37 years and this is a great property. Thanks so much.

Family friendly, clean, spacious property

Great property for a family with 4 kids (4-14 years old) and a dog. Fenced in pool area was nice. Entertainment room with toys, puzzles, and games was a bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. Bikes and beach chairs on property were a blessing. Loved being on the golf course located close to the leisure trail.

Cunningham Family Thanksgiving 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a really great family trip. The house was a great fit and very relaxing for everyone. Location was great, layout was perfect, amenities were great, and the house was very clean. Only complaint would be the outdoor grill on the patio wasn't in good enough shape to be able to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was very good. We enjoyed the property, its location on HH, the pool, the spaciousness of the home and the grounds. However, we felt we could have been better prepared upon entering the property. We had to double-back at the entry, re-read the email from the rental agency, and finally drive to get our parking pass.

Anniversary Trip

We had an enjoyable vacay at Sea Pines. This area in Hilton Head is beautiful and quiet. We took walks and drove all over the island experiencing different venues. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good to know; there was no salt and pepper or shampoo. We always take our own shampoo so not a problem but no salt and pepper was surprising. They do have some other spices. We also had to buy some laundry detergent and left it for the next guests so I hope they left it there for them. We would stay here again but would definitely stop and stock up on everyday staples.

2nd Stay Here

This house was cleaner and nicer (new kitchen and nicer furniture) since our first stay back in 2021. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the swimming pool and being able to have our dogs stay with us. Some of the decking has been replaced, but more boards are rotten and should be replaced before someone falls through them. We did have a neighbor from a couple of houses down who came into the back yard one night and was watching us cook inside the house, which was creepy. Once he knew we saw him, he left and we had no further issues with him. The other neighbors were nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful house with pool

We had never rented a house before but this house made it possible for us all to stay under the same roof without being crowded and tiptoeing around each other. The pool is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but there were six of us and we got along just fine. One day it was a little cloudy in the water and when we called to report it, the pool maintenance people were on their way immediately. Sparkling water was the result! For people who want to do some cooking during their stay, the kitchen is really nice and there was nothing we needed that we could not find except possibly an additional pizza pan. The beds were very comfortable and having to teenage boys meant that the couches were well used as beds since they like to stay up later than the rest of us. Nice TVs and what I would call a game room outside one of the king bedrooms was a great addition.

Beautiful home and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at 25 red maple. The inside was beautifully renovated which made hanging out inside just as enjoyable as out by the pool. The kitchen was adequately stocked and had updated appliances. The location is perfect in heart of Sea Pines. The walking/bike path of Plantation Club golf courses was right at the end of the street. My only concern of the rental was the condition of the wood patio by the pool. It’s in desperate need of a complete repair, and with something that’s not wood. Multiple people of my group either got splinters, tripped, or had the wood crack/cave on them when walking. The planks are rotted and uneven which just is not safe around a pool. I hope the owner / property manager has this on their list of things to update because the rest of the house is perfect! We would love to return.

Another Great House/ Great Stay via Island Rentals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house for two families who want a degree of privacy. Two bedrooms on one wing with a shared bath and then a large separation (living room/kitchen/den) between that side and primary bedroom wing. The den off the primary is a great separate play area for kids or in my case was used as ahome office. Very easy to close off this room from the rest of the house for a quiet place to work. Pool felt a good bitsmaller than pictured but was all we needed and watching the golfers come by in the backyard was fun. Yet we didn’t feel like they were right on top of us or that we were visible to them while sunbathing. Only real complaint is it feels like this house could greatly benefit from two AC units or split thermostats. The primary wing runs a good 3-4 degrees warmer than the other bedrooms so we battled on the thermostat for 10 days. One side of house was freezing while other side was borderline warm.

Our best experience renting on HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. The management company was outstanding. The layout makes it ideal if you're sharing the house with another family or have parents/grandparents staying with you - two bedrooms on one side and the primary on the other. Plenty of space if you're the type that needs a little space sometimes. Location of the house is great. There's a walking/bike path one driveway away from the house that connects you to any direction you'll want to go. Less than a five minute walk to the Plantation Golf Club clubhouse. It's almost in the middle of Salty Dog and the Beach Club from a direction standpoint. We biked to both multiple times and didn't hear a complaint from either one of our kids about the distance. House is at the end of a street so no car traffic. There's a Harris Teeter a few minutes away which is very convenient. Look at the dates of the other reviews because I think the rental company has made updates to the house based on what I read vs. how it is. No issues with the pool deck, it's all pavers and has plenty of seating.
