◆ This home was thoughtfully designed for out-of-town guests, and we love hosting travelers with positive short-term rental experience and reviews.



◆ Please note that we do not accommodate local guests seeking an alternate venue for parties or events. We reserve the right to decline such reservations.



◆ If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time so we can best prepare for your stay.



◆ Daily housekeeping is not included. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival. Mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee on longer stays.



◆ Upon check-out, please place excess trash in the large receptacles located at the side of the house.

◆ Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted inside the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the home.



◆ Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited to help maintain the condition and design of the space.



◆ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the fee increases to $130 per hour.



◆ Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.



◆ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially outdoors.



◆ Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges, including:

• Pet cleanup: $500–$1,000 minimum

• Party cleanup: $750 minimum

• Smoking remediation: $500 minimum

• Towels: $20 each

• Linens: $50 each

• Comforter: $200

• Duvet cover: $100



◆ Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property monitoring. A noise monitoring device is also located inside the home.



◆ Guests are required to complete a check-in form, upload a valid government-issued ID, and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.



◆ A $500 damage waiver fee applies to stays longer than 30 days.



◆ Minimum age requirement: 25 years old
