Welcome to your Cleveland oasis featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Step inside to the large living room featuring a decorative fireplace, sectional sofa, smart TV, and retro Nintendo 64. The dining room has enough seating for 6 with the kitchen island with room for 2. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. Start your morning at the coffee station, where coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrups are provided.

Also on the main floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second features a full trundle with a twin bed underneath. The full bathroom boasts a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and large closet. The master bedroom features a king bed, desk, dresser, closet, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside you will find a spacious front porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a night cap. The backyard is partially fenced and has a spectacular hot tub, with room for 6.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
